Extremely poor customer service. The employee who was supposed to be helping me, Carolyn A Roberts, gave me incorrect information, refused to apologize and refused to refer me to someone else. I would not recommend this organization.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this place. When I would call to ask questions, I was repeatedly ignored by an employee who was my point of contact, Caroline Roberts. When I did get into contact with her, she was unpleasant and lacked knowledge on the subject.
