The food was great and Sarah Grace was an exceptional server. It was chilly sitting next to the door but overall a great dinner.

Came for drinks and breakfast. Prices are reasonable given the location downtown and food portion sizes are very big. The breakfast was really nice too, good taste and came out fresh. Employees working were very quick and friendly, I would definitely go back if I visit again!

Once we got seated, everything was great. The problem was that we had an Open Table reservation for 5:30 but did not get seated until after 6:00. There was a long line at the hostess desk and everyone in front of us also had reservations. The only reason we even got seated around 6:10 was because the 3-4 groups in front of us gave up and went elsewhere. I understand things happen and people call off, but I was most disappointed at the lack of acknowledgment by the hostess. She never checked in on the line, never apologized for the wait, never offered a free drink from the bar while we waited, etc. Zero acknowledgement whatsoever that we waited for 40 mins even with a reservation or that we even had a reservation. But once we got seated, our waitress was great, quick... burger and fries were great. I might give this place one more try but if there is a wait again, I wouldn't go back. Too many restaurants in that area to choose from.

While visiting Columbus for a Leafs away game, my wife and I had the pleasure of having a meal here. We weren't sure what to expect, given that it was the embedded restaurant in the lobby of the hotel we were staying at, but after deciding to give it a try, I'm happy to say I'd love to go back again. We were there for dinner, and after sitting down, did have to wait some time before a server came to give us menus and take our drink orders- in fairness, it was after the hockey game and the lobby (restaurant, really) was full of fellow travelling hockey fans. Our server was friendly, polite, and offered us some suggestions as we were trying to decide a couple options.I had the Hot Chicken Sandwich with a side of French fries, and my wife had the Beef Satay with a salad, and a side of Sweet Potato Tater Tots (recommended by our server). We had ZERO regrets about the food- the beef was tender and flavorful, the salad (cranberry pecan) paired nicely with that and mine, which was the best hot chicken sandwich I think I've ever had (and legitimately spicy- this is coming from someone who enjoys spicy foods regularly and has a fairly high tolerance, btw), the fries were crispy and delicious, and I COULD NOT stop eating the tater tots- they were amazing! The only critique I have would be to maybe offer a chipotle mayo with the sweet potato tots, vs the ketchup that did come with them (although they really don't need anything, and were great on their own)Overall, the food far exceeded my expectations, the staff was great, and I'd love to eat here again! (Actually, we returned for breakfast the next morning)Definitely recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: Located on main floor of building- no stairs

Not quite what I was expecting. I had made reservations to another restaurant while staying here, that is until I saw the menu. Honestly just the smell of the food attracted me that was coming from the kitchen. I kept it simple and got butter milk pancakes, a side of bacon, and the potatoes that were absolutely delicious, probably the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had. I will be back even if I'm not staying at sonesta, that's how good the breakfast was to me

We ate here while at a conference. It was really rough customer service. First of all, I made reservations and they wouldn't check me in on OpenTable. It's not a big deal, but I do earn points...it was weird they just didn't. Our server was also not good. It was not busy at all and she filled our waters up only once even though we all drank them well before food came. I ordered a drink I never got. She never checked on it. Then two of us got our meals and we waited almost ten minutes before they brought out the other person's meal. Then our bills were all wrong. Sadly, the food and ambience were nice.

They really should be transparent on Open Table that this is a hotel bar. It is not a free standing restaurant. The poor person working behind the bar was overwhelmed with really just a few customers, but just enough where someone helping him would be have been good. There were three other associates working behind the check in desk who did not have a clue in the world what was happening at the bar. Don't bother with this place unless you are desperate.

Stopped in on a busy Saturday night after an OSU game. Located centrally downtown by the convention center makes it convenient to stop in. They have several tables, high tops and even more casual seating at the bar or by the fire. Despite being busy, our server Taylor did a great job making sure we were well taken care of! I'd highly recommend the Brussels for the app, and the burger was huge (much larger than the 8oz the menu says)!
