Ordered bubble teas, the cashier was friendly but the place is so dirty I'd never go back. There was a maggot crawling on the bathroom floor. Just wiggling his little self all around happily. Unfortunately we didn't know this until we already paid. Other reviews are right, nothing is refrigerated, not sure if the bubble tea flavoring needs to be but it was concerning. Especially for the milk based teas.

Only went for bubble tea, service was really great but atmosphere is kinda all over the place. 50s retro style diner, deli style menu and boba? Weird combo of things. There aren't really any other bubble tea places this side of town, it was decent but not the best in Columbus. It was completely empty inside during a peak dinner hour as well.

Awesome service. Very tasty food and drinks. I would like to see an update on this place. A lot of useless furniture around the store makes it look a little bit unsanitary. The staff is great.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love their Bubba tea.

This place is a hidden gem in Gahanna the Italian sub was ok. However the Smoothie made all the difference 5 stars I love the bubbles❕

I've really only had the teas, but man are they good and not overpriced.

The food is amazing. Got the Chicken Cordon Bleu. The ingredients were fresh. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Had the beef and cheddar with horseradish Mayo and a side of the Broccoli salad. It all was tasty. The sub was perfectly toasted and the sauce was strong, which I loved, although if you don't want your nose to burn...ask for the sauce on the side. ?

Parking: The parking is shared with a medical clinic, but huge lot

Wheelchair accessibility: It's flat so looks like it is acceptable.

HEALTH CONCERNS!My once and only time going to get any food or drinks from this place. The 1st thing that I notice when I walked in the door was how unclean things seems to be. This should have been a sign that I shouldn’t have footed anything here. When I got to the counter I notice that everything (food items) were out on the counter at room temperature. Things should have been in the coolers.I then proceeded to order a drink, against my better judgment. The kid working there started to use the stuff sitting out, I quickly requested that he used the items that were in the cooler. The boba tea that I got tasted mediocre at best. The tea was not cold and was served at almost room temperature. Since I already paid like $6 for my drink, I consumed the rest. I paid the price later on that evening. I had a very bad stomach ache ( possibly food poisoning) all evening long.I don’t know how this place got like. 4.3 stars out of 5. I highly suggest that you DO NOT go to this cafe. Unless you want food poisoning.ZERO STARS.

The Italian sub and the Philly sub are my favorites. I get one about once a month. Have been doing this since they opened. It doesn't matter if it is dine in, take out or delivery. Pochi Cafe is one of a very few places that gets it right every time. I can honestly say that they have never messed up my order. And that's saying something in this current culture of not caring about good customer service.

I had high hopes with the reviews but man this was terrible. Granted it was three young girls this was probably the worst experience at a small business i’ve had. After waiting almost 30 minutes for a drink and sub when we were the only patrons our food was over cooked, mine had a hair in it Ew! and they argued pricing they had listed with my partner and then gave him a cookie that tasted like chemicals??? Such a shame we love supporting local business but man we won’t be returning. ??

Ok the most delicious meatball sub I have ever had. You know how sometimes you eat Italian food at a restaurant and it just doesn't feel unique or it might feel frozen/tasteless.. this one was delicious. Obviously we also enjoyed the bubble tea!

Absolutely fantastic bubble tea place!!! More varieties and reasonably priced. Folks are amazing, very friendly. If you like bubble tea and looking for a great place, look no more. This place is in Gahanna (previously used to be Grinders).

Food is great, drinks are what brings me. Love the boba. The establishment isn't very attractive, but you can see where everything is prepared and it's usually clean, except the floors are sometimes sticky.

HIDDEN GEM IN GAHANNA!!!!! I have been on a hunt to find the BEST, most authentic, plenty of variety, reasonably priced bubble tea and it hit the jackpot!!!!! Pochi Cafe, 921 E. Johnstown Road, Columbus, Ohio 43230 Pochi Cafe. Is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! It is right off Hamilton past Morse Road on the left in a plaza with an OSU medical building, Dog Spaw, and Mr. Wok directly across from a free standing CVS. Besides offering the traditional boba tea in a variety of milk versions, they offer it in many tea versions too. Moreover, besides the boba bubbles, they also offer "popping" bubbles that are delicious and so fun! They are filled with your choice of liquid so they literally burst in your mouth. A large (Very large) bubble tea in any variety is only $5.00 while they have a medium version (still plenty) for $3.50. Beyond bubble tea (which quite frankly could be their only thing it's SOOOOOO TASTY AND AWESOME) they carry all kinds of smoothies and an entire wall of coffee selections and yummy varieties. I'd say there are at least 20 choices of all kinds of coffee mixtures most notably to me, the Almond Joy....YUM!!!! So whatever your favourite beverage splurges are, they have you covered.I haven't even began to discuss the food. Omg, the food. They have deli salads that will blow your mind. The broccoli salad has broccoli of course lol, sunflower seeds, raisins, red onions amd a slaw sauce you'll want to lick up. After my meal (a combo comes with a deli side or side salad and a drink ) I had to go buy a pound of it to take home it was that good!!! I had the Reuben which they sliced the meat right there and had the most amazing slaw on it and melted cheese. It came open faced and wasn't that aesthetically pleasing yet the taste, IT IS A LEGEND. They have a pizza oven type thing they put it through so the bread was so toasty and cheese was so melty....a true indulgence at its finest. I went back the next day, it is that good lol, and ordered the meatball stromboli that came with peppers, banana peppers and onions with warm marinara and drool worthy. With the stromboli, I got the cold macaroni and cheddar salad and that salad blew my mind too. Needless to say, I left with a pound of that salad to take home?. After bragging to one of my friends about their food, we went back a third time and got their special of the week a meatball sub (which came with a free side and fountain drink) and tried their Greek salad. I asked for Feta on the side and the owner hooked it up! I photographed it all and I encourage you to browse through the photos and go check Pochi Cafe out. Please say Hi to Victor as he is the best and so knowledgeable about Boba tea and it's history and how to authentically make it. Sorry for the filibuster yet im that convinced its worth a try!!!!
