I was craving Waffle House late night Saturday/Sunday morning on march 9th I go to order my food they told me I can only dine in. Lol I never heard that before it was pretty busy I felt like that was just a way to make everybody just leave. I ask the cook why I responded disrespectful says because I’m the manger and I said so. Lol I’ll never be back I live literally 3 mins away I hope management or corporate fix this

I love the food but the workers are unpleasant with each other. Not a place I want to enjoy breakfast on a sunny Saturday morning. It should have a welcoming environment. Therefore I will find somewhere else. Ty.

Did a $30 online order. Got home and the order was missing some items and had some wrong items. Also was charged a sevice fee for takeout order and charged tax (should be no tax on carryout food). Attempted to call restaurant and only get repeating message. Will not be ordering again from waffle house anytime soon.

I had not been to a Waffle House since I was a kid. I had a taste for French toast....can't get that at the Waffle House. I ordered a waffle, grits, sausage and eggs. It was good. It tasted like something I would cook at home. This is the place you go to after a club.

The food was cooked exactly as ordered and served in a timely manner by the most amazingly beautiful servers I have met and was eaten in a very clean, friendly, and comfort setting. If I were to die today I would die a happy man. Thanks to all your employees for giving me and.my friend one of the best dinning experiences ever!!!!

Would have given this particular location a 5 out of 5 for service, Hostess was nice and mannerable. This Location Stopped taking morning breakfast orders over the phone. Used to be able to call in on Your way to work in the morning and just get out to Pay & PICKUP order. But now that One of the Greatest Night Managers is recently gone, (this location even though there's No Business when You pull UP) Doesn't take call-ins For Early morning ANYMORE. HUGE INCONVENIENCE, have to find another breakfast spot...?

I ordered chicken breast breakfast and you were out of themI ordered 2 waffles with blueberries and pecans. I told waitress I was going to make sure they were done due to having experienced a few past orders that weren’t done thoroughly. A elderly woman jumped in and said we always make sure our food is done. I opened the middle of one and it appeared done. However once my husband attempted to eat one it was mushy on the ends. I attempted to call but was told no take out orders were available so I couldn’t get through to talk to a person!!!!Staff should work with customers and not be sooo defensive when questioned about what we’re paying for with respect!I buy from Waffle House at least 2 to 3 times a month spending 30 to 50 dollars each time.
