I have liked on the Hilltop my whole life. I go to this lication as a customer and as a doordasher. The whole staff is friendly and helpful but the 1 young guy Nick seems to be very enthusiastic about his Job. He's always nice and helpful. I dash all over the city and this Pizza Hut is 1 of my favorite places to pick up from. I go through there 3 or 4 times a day sometimes. I have never waited more than 5 minutes on an order and it was not the fault of the store. I arrived early....read full review
Service here is always slow but it's the only one local, so we just always expect at least 15 minutes past the projected time. Staff and management don't seem too concerned with messed up orders, lost orders, or the absurd wait times.The food itself is consistently good.However, on this last trip, we finally got home after an hour and they had given us the wrong pizza!!
