Ordered delivery of a single stuffed crust taco pizza and their garlic Parm bites. When they delivered they gave me 2 large pizzas, a small cauliflower pizza because I mentioned I would want to try it later, and the garlic Parm bites. The extra 2 pizzas were free, complimentary, because the one was a first attempt that they forgot to stuff the crust, and the second was so we could try it!! Thank you Justin, and the East of Chicago Team for excellent service, and customer care!! 100 Stars!!

Hands down one of the best places in CFalls! The crust is buttery and flaky, the wings are top notch. Nobody else can do what this place can. It's so good I'd almost call it an addiction! Will definitely be coming back for more for certain!

It's under new ownership, but there was still barely any toppings on my pizza. It was so stingy and pathetic. Times are tough, but I'd rather go to Rocco's instead.

What I ordered is not what I received. It was cold, my wings had no sauce... Never again will we be ordering from here. Contacted corporate office and I have heard nothing... Horrible customer service! I called the store to see why they messed up my order and they wouldn't answer the phone!

If you want to feed your family with $60 worth of bread and nachos, this is the place you’ve been looking for. Great for vegetarians looking for a great meal with no toppings. This place is a disgrace anymore. Probably should be shut down.Next time you want to eat out and choose here……..DON’T!Just go to any other big chain if that’s what you like. It’s really hard to be positive about this place.

On 11/12/23, I placed an order, and it was easily the worst pizza I have ever had from East of Chicago. The order was supposed to be a beef taco pizza with extra salsa and extra sour cream. The pizza had a regular amount of salsa, but the sour cream was not in the usual place on top of the salsa. When the pizza was picked up, they asked if we wanted the sour cream on the side or on the pizza, which has never been asked any other time I have ordered. It would seem to me that they forgot the sour cream until it was being picked up. They squeezed it on the top of the pizza, which made it very messy. In addition, there were no onion or black olives and barely had any cheese. The few tomatoes that came on the pizza were barely even sliced and were clustered together.Previous orders from the location have been very stingy on toppings, but this is the worst experience. If I do decide to order from East of Chicago in the future, I will surely not be from this location or the location in Stow, Ohio that is under the same ownership.I am highly disappointed with my experience today. With what it cost for this order and the face that there are so many other options available, this is unacceptable.

New stuffed crust sad! All toppings fell off due to no cheese

Let me just say: I love EOC but damn. This was so horrible. We ordered a pie with extra cheese, mushroom and half ham and half bacon. They didn't screw up the toppings at all but this pizza was so undercooked that we had to throw it in the over before eating. The crust, which is on a good day, nice a crispy golden brown outer crust but nice and soft on the inside. This was not that. This was like pizza soup because the dough was so wrong. Had to call to get a credit on our account but we went hungry that night the only reason this is not one star is because we have had positive experiences in the past.

Never received our pizza. Ordered at 7:45 pm. Food still hadn't arrived by 9:45, so I called the restaurant only to get a recording saying it was closed. No way to find out if our pizza was on its way, or if the order got cancelled or what. Meanwhile I had to scramble to try and find something else to feed my hangry kid before bed. So aggravating.

Called to place an order at 8:30pm. Guy answers, asked if they had any specials going, he said yes and proceeded to tell me the specials and then says but we're not taking any more orders tonight, they don't close until 9. Worst customer service I've received in a very long time and this location will never receive my business again

Even after reading the reviews, I decided to order anyways because we love the Ellet east of Chicago. HUGE MISTAKE !!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered our food at 7:15 pm. ETA of 45 mins. At 8:12 pm I receive a call stating "hi we're not completing this order tonight" I said Why? He said "we're too busy". AND HUNG UP so instead of calling me as soon as I placed my order , they called me AFTER my order was supposed to be here. I have 4 kids who now aren't going to eat until 9-10. Extremely disappointed and will N E V E R give this location our business.

East of Chicago has been one of my favorite pizza places since the early 90's. Having just moved to the falls, I was happy to see there was an EOC here. This location is just as good as any I've been to. I know they're famous for their pan crust, but I actually think the thin crust, not the crispy one, but the hand tossed thin is my favorite. The website is a little wonky, but it gets the job done. The delivery guy was all about business, but nice enough. Will always be one of my go-to pizza places.

Put my address in on the website, get called and said don't deliver to my address. Yet ordered from the SAME location using the SAME address last week and had no issues. Order from your location as the one on Market in Akron doesn't offer the PB&J pizza, and you have better coupons in your location. Let's see if my refund gets processed in a timely manner....
