Ordered two sandwiches for $6.00. I questioned the cost at window. Worker there told me that special was no longer on sale. I told him they had ads on windows and sign. I then showed him where it is on Arby:s website. He then asked the young lady who might have been the manager. She finally allowed it. We had also ordered poppers with a specific sauce. The older gentleman at the Window was very respectful!! Can't say that for the other women working in this facility. No manners , not even a apology for forgetting part of my food. Left me standing there at the counter for 10min walking past me. I wasn't sure if they were going to make it right or not? So Rude!

Friendly staff with great service!However, I can't decide if their milkshake is named "down" or if maybe they don't really have a milkshake machine at all!The last several times I have tried to order a shake (typically between 8 and 9 pm) an employee responds "our milkshake machine is down" and I'm stuck with McD's version of what they call a shake.
