This was my first time visiting the Central Perc for lunch. It took me back to England when my husband and I lived there for 12 years!! Loved it ❤️

A great little cafe - cash or check only! The food is delicious and if you can't decide which sandwich you want they'll split them half and half! Huge selection of drinks from Italian sodas to an extensive tea and coffee list. Lots of character and really great owners & workers.

We met with friends at this place for a meeting. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.

What an eclectic place in Oakwood. Walked in for some light breakfast and coffee. The teas and coffees were amazing and they definitely put a lot of love into them. Ended up staying for a long time and looking at the fun art on the walls. It got pretty crowded but it felt cozy. Can't wait to go back!

Excellent coffees and a great tea selection. The sandwiches were delicious, and the dining area was very cozy. We enjoyed the British feel of the place and the owners were lovely people

Their scones were delicious and I was so happy to find out they had clotted cream! Brings me back to when I was over in England and made me so happy :)

Outstanding Cappuccino. Hand drawn to perfection. Reminds me of train station in Assisi Italy. Magnificent!!!

Great place. I had a cup of coffee and a scone. All employees were very friendly, and helped explain the menu and coffees to us.

Went there for brunch on Sunday and had the most delicious crepes I've ever had. A cute little cafe to spend the morning at.

Every time we go to Cincinnati (from our home in central Indiana). We always detour through Dayton to get a lunch from Central Perc. The food is excellent! The "Mikey" sandwich is one of my all-time favorites. The carrot soup is delicious. My British wife loves that they know how to make 'proper' sandwiches, tea, and desserts. My kids love it, too. This is a great place!

Good food-soup, salad and sandwich. Good service. Felt like I was in a British tea room.

This place is not a good coffee shop to go work. They don't have wifi. They let me know after I paid $6 for a latte. They also have the heat way to high. Guy seemed nice.

Love love love this place. They have tea twice a day, have a very friendly atmosphere, spectacular Snickerdoodle coffee and beautiful tasty little Delicacies in their window! Just pay attention to when you go because they do close a little early sometimes!

A very unique little tea shop. Definitely a themed shop with a menu to reflect.

Best latte. I had the peach scone and it was just delicious. The chicken salad was really good too. I’ve never seen so many varieties of tea!

I absolutely love finding cafes especially something like this! I've been meaning to try this place for awhile since I love tea & was curious to see how they made their scones. The texture of scone was delicate and I loved how light it was! It wasn't too sweet and was great with the jam & butter (my friend got jam & cream). It paired really well! I got the lemon drop black tea which had nice notes of citrus. I plan to come back to try all the teas! I'm so excited to have finally tried this place. I would definitely recommend!

I had never been to a tea room before but this was an excellent experience. We ordered the croissant with butter and marmalade and a pot of tea. The total bill was $15 and was worth every cent. The tea was very good, and the croissant came out warm and delicious.

You can't go wrong with the scone with cream and jam. I tried the Ashleigh experience. I should have opted out of the caramel whipped cream topping. Overall felt it was way too sweet for me and that's saying a lot since I have a sweet tooth

Cozy cafe, perfect for lunch. Have gone on several occasions and they have many delicious tea/coffee options. The scones with jam and cream are one of my favorites. They have a vast assortment of pastries I haven't gotten to try yet. The sandwiches are good and filling too, I recommend the one with ham and egg salad. Anytime around noon is super busy and they have limited seating, but it's worth the wait. The staff is also very nice and accommodating, I'm sure we will be back soon

This place has a small, but delicious menu. The tea was delicious (!y friends and I shared a large pot), and they were so generous! I really enjoyed it, as the atmosphere was casual enough not to be off-putting for someone who doesn't necessarily like tea.

I had never been to a tea room before but this was an excellent experience. We ordered the croissant with butter and marmalade and a pot of tea. The total bill was $15 and was worth every cent. The tea was very good, and the croissant came out warm and delicious. The only improvement to the meal would be the the butter should have been warmed slightly before it came out. It was cold and somewhat hard to spread. The cafe does not seem to have ac, so it would be a good idea to plan your visit for a cooler day. Overall though I loved the place and am planning to return as soon as possible.

It's kind of small and a tad expensive, but the food is nice. I liked the tea and sandwich I had. It's British food, so don't expect any food full of spices. It simple food and nice simple time.

The scones are so delicious; when I drive through town I have to stop by to pick one or two up.
