Love it! Great place with friendly staff. Gorgeous interior with great seating inside and outdoor area as well. I am not a coffee drinker so I can only vouch for awesome cold fresh brew and hot tea selection but friends I go with rave about their coffee. Looking forward to trying lunch and also for an evening drink.

Stopped here when I went to pick up my car at AAA across the street and I loved it! I had a muffin and an iced latte that were delicious! It’s an adorable place with cute seating inside and outside! I will definitely come back.

I had a housemaid iced mango sweet tea, and my mother had an iced coffee.. The Establishment was clean, they had a station on playing good music, the staff was very friendly and efficient just like the two other times I have been there. I highly recommend stopping in to this coffee shop next time you are downtown in Dayton.

I've been to the downtown location a few times and not once have u been disappointed. The customer service rivals Chick Fil A and the facility is well kept. I had an opportunity to meet the owner of the chain who is an amazing example of a determined entrepreneur, and I believe she will be a millionaire one day. Coffee is delicious, facility is immaculate, and the staff is extraordinarily hospitable. 20/10 stars.

Second visit to Third Perk. The staff are so friendly and helpful! Love the atmosphere and the seating is so comfy. Got the chicken salad on a croissant this time and it was amazing! The chicken salad has grapes, apples, green peppers and onion - an amazing flavor experience! And of course the coffee is always great. Thank you again!
I came to the area and needed a pick me up, so I jumped on Google to find a new spot. This location came up and I jumped on the road and headed in this direction. I was very disappointed to see that, not only was it not a coffee shop, but, it is a local contractors company. So, save yourself a trip, unless you need some actual structural work done done.
