The employees here are rude and look dirty. No hello, how can I help NOTHING. The young tan weirdo behind the counter looked at me crazy like I wasn’t supposed to say anything to him. Why was the bottom on my sandwich soggy. Don’t bother going here unless you’re ready to cuss out one of their dirty rude customers. And don’t replying back saying y’all value y’all customers like you did the other reviews because if you did I wouldn’t have had the experience I had today.

If zero stars were an option it would have been chose. We walked in and didn't even receive a hello or welcome in and when I say us I mean my family and I. We ended up saying hello and how are they and didnt recieve any answer just an all around weird interaction. After standing and viewing the menu for a moment to figure out what we'd like one worker finally asked us if we had a doordash order and we said no. Then started to tell them what we would like and with each person's meal the worker taking our order would slam the cup on the counter like we were irritating her with our order. Finally get all the food ordered and then begin payment and somehow our payment was interrupted no matter what card or tap to pay bank card cashapp. Even with them visibly seeing we had more than what was needed to make the payment they just keep saying it cant process. Almost like they were blocking the payment from going through so they didn't have to prepare our order. They close at 9 and we walked in at 8:30. It's not like it was 2 minutes before closing and the WHOLE INTERACTION WAS AWFUL! Didn't even end up eating we canceled the order and left.

Never leave reviews, but I was particularly upset with my experience. Firehouse subs is typically pretty consistent, sandwhiches are usually okay for a sandwhich chain. This location though, was awful. The sandwhich was made so sloppy and the meat quality was questionable. In fact, another customer as we were eating went to the counter to call into question the integrity of the deli meat. Texture and flavor was just bad. When we entered the restaurant the lady at the register wanted us to order literally as we were walking to the register. We were rushed and met with dramatic sighs as we just took a look at the menu. We were extremely uncomfortable, anxious and then upset when we saw the quality of the food. For the price I felt this was all unacceptable.

$15 for a brisket sub that was more bread than anything else. If they threw on double the meat it would just about be worth it. Good food, but super expensive for a sub.

Overall a good place for subs. Menu is varied and the quality of the food is above average. They make the subs on the spot which adds to its taste and freshness. Only downside is this can slow service if busy or if they have many phone orders.

This location serves awful food and when I requested a refund I was met with pure disdain from the actual district manager. She says she operates all Firehouses in the area so I guess my family just won’t be going here anymore at all. I get things happen but when the DISTRICT MANAGER refuses to refund you and will not apologize and fights you the whole time. Wow just wow.

Regularly not open on Sunday when it says they are. This is the third time this has happened. I think they have staffing problems with workers not showing up on Sunday cause sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not.

Set a pick up for 4pm. Arrived at 345. I was told my order was read and was made at 2pm when I placed my order. My sandwiche sat for 2 hours. Damn thing was soaked. It heavy as hell. Had to take it back. Made me a fresh sandwich and it was just ok. Not going back there. Heading to Jersey Mike's tomorrow.

Decent sub but I didn’t get my pickles I always tip being a former restaurant employee. Unless they don’t complete the order properly. Just like CJ Chans when they didn’t give me my requested noodles with my soup. Never again you didn’t lose business you just lost the tip for good. Ah I love when businesses try to guilt trip tips but don’t meet their end. My dinner just got cheaper by 5 dollars next time. Thanks guys :)
