The day staff was amazing! The night staff, however, lazy and never changing gloves. Also, wearing gloves during unnecessary cleaning or on their phones and not removing. Manager was worse than the kids. Also, waited over an hour for a beverage, asked, ignored, other patrons received beverages. Water sat empty, as well. I am not the person to complain as I have worked in this industry for well over 25 years... but the health violations and blatant disregard was too much. Also, not certain if the lady at night was the manager but seemed in charge. I wanted to tip the early afternoon bartender because he had left and she acted confused as to why I would want to leave him money? lol. Anyway, I hope he got the tip I left him cuz I felt like she was going to keep it. Just saying, shady night staff and kind of gross when it comes to public health and safety. Otherwise, decent place. lol.

Not great. Expected a bit more from a deli in oakwood. Sub was greasy, bun soaked through, potato salad was dull. Honestly won't be going back.

Sandwich was fine except that I found a piece of paper in the sandwich.I presume that the paper was part of the wrapping around the cheese in the sandwich. I was offered a dessert when I brought this to the attention of the employee. I declined the dessert. Will question dining here.

Ordered "NCR Grilled Chicken Salad" online. Picked it up and took it home to find no grilled chicken at all. Still a tasty salad. They just need to fix this glitch on their online ordering.

My sandwich was average. I had better food from the downtown location.

I should have taken a picture of this sandwich. Amazing. I got the New Yorker, Pastrami with corned beef and cheese. So good. I will be going back.

They stopped serving food an hour before close. First time there. Guy yelled, "The kitchen is closed loudly and rudely. It's like a handful of sandwiches you serve. Very bad atmosphere won't ever return.

Ordered the chicken tortilla soup and was severely disappointed. The tortilla portion of the meal was completely missing, and there was no cheese sprinkled atop. It’s as if they just heat up a pot of industrially made soup and serve it without any sense of the actual meal the soup should be. Get some tortilla chips or strips to be cracked into the soup. The soup itself was decent and warm, netting a two star review.

Very disappointed in the BLT sandwich ordered today. The bacon was thin and barely covered the bread. Would not order again.

really yummy sandwiches and the cashier wearing a Green Bay packers tee shirt was super helpful (and easy on the eyes).

Gave me my value for their service and knowledge on a Rubuen sandwich. Great time.
