Hostess had us seat ourselves, when food came out she accidentally dropped the tray on the floor. Left the food on the floor and splattered on the wall for the entirety of our visit. Pancakes were raw in the inside of 3 orders, cheese cold and not melted on the big boy. I'm sure this location will close soon like the others.

The food was lackluster. Brown lettuce. I got the chicken parmesan. They said they were out of marinara. I said fine butter noodles but extra cheese. Food came out, no butter, dry noodles and two pieces of cold cheese on top. More complaints throughout the table. Sadly my last visit.

The food was burnt they messed up just about every order they also served my drink with a napkin soaking inside of the glass, took 45 minutes for the food to show up after ordering and they had to remake my wife’s food 3 times! Because it was wrong then on the 4th an final screwed up sandwich we just got up and left. The food isn’t good the service is terrible the building is run down and very dirty, there was an inch thick of dust on the air vent over our table. Also the employees showed no signs of urgency an no cares in the world. I will not be returning to the store and don’t comment on here about how Frisch’s can turn this around for us because that’s not going to happen.

Went in with my family today and placed our order took 30 plus minutes to come out. When everyone received their food we were missing silverware and straws. My food was made wrong so the waitress let me know and I totally understand mistakes happen. My husband then was given a drink with a napkin in it. My sandwich finally came out and was missing pickles so she brought me some. Open my sandwich to see it was also missing bacon and it was made with a regular bun not pretzel like I asked. I go up front and the lady said she was so sorry and she would fix it and would take it off my bill, then another waitress said “ o we are out of those buns” I get back to my seat waiting another 25 minutes and my family is already done eating. Waitress doesn’t come back with my sandwich and I finally tell her we had to go just put it in a box to go. Wait a bit longer the go upfront to pay and they completely forgot about my sandwich and never made it. And when the lady checking us out asked the cook how long it would take to make it she threw her hands up and got mad. The lady said it would be 5-10 minutes but we had to go so not to worry about it. I didn’t cause a scene and told her things happen, but was really disappointed in the service and atmosphere. Also while checking out ladies up front were talking about sexual stuff about their boyfriends where just about everyone could hear them. All in all I will never eat here again

Oh my gosh! Tried the pretzel burger and it was absolutely amazing! Do not underestimate a pretzel bun! All the food was hot & fresh! Service was phenomenal. Had refills before we needed them. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be returning soon!

I ate here with my daughter on a Saturday evening. They were extremely short staffed, and out of a few menu items. Our waitress was nice, but very rushed. She seemed to be taking care of the entire dining room by herself. The cook did a good job of keeping up, and we got our food quickly, and it was fine (if a little overpriced for what it was). The person who seated us disappeared right after, and we saw 2 groups that came in after us leave because no one ever seated them. None of this was the workers fault. Management needs to schedule better coverage.

Came here with my family. Place seemed to be full. Waitress who seated us was very friendly. While we waited for our real waitress we glanced at the bar to see what was good. Almost every thing on the bar looked as if it had been sitting a very long time. The wings and Mac and cheese looked hard and stale especially. They were out of salad and a guy told us that their freezer went bad and they won’t have any more salad tonight. He said he would go check and see if any of it was still good. I said no thanks I don’t want food poisoning. We discussed it a couple minutes while waiting for our waitress and when she failed to come promptly we just left. Frisches across the board have seemed to go down hill lately.
