“ Today i visited during lunch, there was two men and there was a girl in the back, when things started to get busy and pick up the girl dropped everything she was doing to come help them guys and she actually done a better job then both of them. She didn’t hesitate to jump in and help even went in the back and helped the cook too. I’d say if you have any more employees like her, keep them she was great”

As far as fast food burgers are concerned, Hardees has definitely become one of the top 3 contenders around Dayton. Hardees has really upped their burger game as of late, but dont be too quick to order. Hardees has a few drawbacks to their burger game. First and foremost, eating at Hardees is just as expensive as eating at an upscale restaurant. They're very expensive. Second, they are always out of something. Whether it is a milkshake, fries or even salt, they're always out. Third, Hardees is unreliable at best. Their hours always change. If you visited a Hardees restaurant at 2pm last Tuesday; there is no guarantee they will be open at 2pm this Tuesday. Hardees is definitely a hit or miss type of fast food restaurant.

My first time trying Hardee's. Just personal opinion, but not very impressed. The dude that was their one day was the only one manning the front and the kitchen. He was nice. But my sandwich was way too much mayo....

Outstanding Atmosphere. The young lady who waited on me provided excellent service. I ordered a Mushroom n Swiss combo to go. On my drive to my next location I ate the fries (which were fresh and hot). After arriving at my next location, I ate the sandwich and it was still hot and so good. A 5 star visit all around!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 12:10am. The drive thru is open until 1:00am. Drive thru casher said take a minute to look at the menu. Already knew what we wanted. Waited 20 minutes and still no service. Just left other cars was waiting behind us. When we were leaving cars was still waiting to order. Worst drive thru experience ever. If you didnt want to make food, just let people know so they can go somewhere else to get better service before they close, instead of wasting people tiime.
NEEDS MORE PEOPLE IN THERE, BECAUSE ASKING EVERYONE THAT'S IN DRIVE-THRU, TO PULL AHEAD THEN WAITING ALMOST 15 MINS FOR THE FOOD ISN'T IT. THIS IS UPPER MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS, BECAUSE IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE ATLEAST 3 WORKERS AND A MANAGER IN A STORE. THOSE YOUNG LADIES WAS STILL CRANKING THE ORDERS OUT. FOOD WAS BANGIN!!!! PAY THEM TRIPLE!!!

So I live in Dayton ohio all the locations except for the one in the truck stop have there phones disconencted chair's up on the tables only a drive thru open .the app for them will not available for older android phones .if you try to contact then home office in Franklin Tennessee you call goes to a voice mail says someone will get back thay never call or email back .so this is why alot of locations are closing down bad management from the top

Lady working the window was friendly, and the food was ready pretty quickly. It was gross though. Bun was stale and fries was just a soggy greasy mess. Google shows it's been 3 years since my last visit and now i remember why.
