Stopped while traveling from FL to KY then to MI. We got yelled ( not kidding, loud, obnoxious, completely smart mouth tone) at for coming in to order by (assuming the manager) woman giving commands to the other employees. Told not enough employees we should have ordered online or gone through drive thru. There were 8 people ordered before us. 1 gentleman (told us he'd been there at least 15 minutes before we got there) was told he never ordered, that no one ever took his order, he told them they gave it to someone else, then they changed it to it got lost. 2 (ordered before we even got there) were still waiting after we finished eating, and a lady came in from drive thru which was supposed to be faster (items left off her order). When 1 guy's order was called ( there way before me), realized we had matching orders and they had given me mine first?.
The lady returned with the guy's "lost" order as a wrong order.
To be fair the young employees that were called from the back to take orders were extremely nice, friendly, and professional.
Good or not way too much drama for some chicken and mashed potatoes.

GO TO THE DOLLAR GENERAL NEXT DOOR INSTEAD! AT LEAST YOU'LL LEAVE WITH WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND NOT GET HOME TO FIND THAT THE PART OF YOUR ORDER THAT YOU DID GET, WAS SEEMINGLY INTENTIONALLY THE SMALLEST PIECES POSSIBLE.
Was greeted at the counter by someone who was out of uniform, no name tag, and was less than friendly. Once I was able to convey that I was there to pickup an online order, which the app said was "ready for pickup", I was told it was still being made. After a few minutes, not long at all, another employee got my order together in a bag, got my drinks, and I was out the door. I'd be extremely satisfied with the visit based on expedience alone, however, when I got home, my satisfaction took a nose dive. Of the 6 ranch sauces that I ordered, I received 2. I had 10 tenders, and 10 nuggets, for two people. Aggravating, yes. Deserving of a review, not quite. So then I realize that the plates and plastic utensils, that I requested via the checkbox in the app when finishing the order, were not in the bag. I was willing to deal with that until I saw the tenders I got. All 3.5" long or less, and the girth did not compensate. Literally the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life. Overall, the food was okay. Would have probably been better with ranch sauce though. Spent $32 to feed two people, guess I'll go to a better restaurant to fill up later.
I know it won't hurt their bottom line, but I'll never go back. Trust me, I hold grudges. Just ask Wendy's.

Had an on going issue with a separate location. Was trying to contact the DM thru this location.They seemed to be annoyed. Took my number but 3 weeks later still nothing.
New to the area.... Walked in to a warm greeting and clean store! Prompt service and the staff was very accommodating. Manager, Josh, went above and beyond. Would def recommend this location!

Tried to order through doordash. My dasher messages me saying they are out of chicken and that it will be a 30 minute wait. I said okay. 30 minutes later I get a message from the dasher saying they didn't drop the chicken like they were suppose to and weren't going to because they closed in 30 minutes. If you weren't going to make it then you should have cancelled my order and not even confirmed it. You also made the dasher wait 30 minutes for nothing. Wasting both theirs and my time.

I love KFC the chicken is always fresh and delicious I love the Mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy their biscuits are the bomb... But the 20.00 fill up box barely feeds 2 people so if ur looking to get that for more then 2 I'd get a bigger box...other than that it's a good place to get good chicken and sides from..
Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian this place is not for you, go get you some salad or something else not KFC ?
