Employees are cool. There's a wonderful woman named Dee who plays along with me by putting my name on the receipt as "BADASS"! First time she ever asked me what's a name to put on the receipt, I told her Badass. She got a smile on her face and typed BADASS. When our order is ready, they will call out Badass! I'm not a badass, it just makes me laugh! Food and service is always good.

The fish and chips are hot and tasty, lots of crumbles added, and the fries were also hot. Add malt vinegar to this and it is fairly delicious.This location also has a KFC not bad to add some chicken to the order as well. I recommend this location it was clean and fast.

Please note this is a negative review based on one specific order (#44839209) & may not reflect the whole chain.I placed an online takeout order for about $23 using the app. We picked up the order from the store, the bag was completely sealed. However, when we got home, we were charged but missing two biscuits and one mashed potatoes with gravy. My wife called the restaurant and talked to the store manager. His offer was to pickup the missing items from the store but he couldn't remit our money (for the missing items). He said we should call the online number, the same way I had placed the order. We did so. My wife was able to talk to the KFC customer service (about 10 mins of hold) who finally returned us $5.57, cost of the missing food.Well, I think the old ways of keeping the customer happy are gone. The remittance for the missing food was the minimum thing KFC could do but as a customer, it wasn't sufficient. Imo, some free meal coupons would have been the right compensation. But I think the old ways of doing business are gone. Anyhow, I don't plan to visit KFC anytime soon. That is probably all I can do.

I was at Long John Silver's on Needmore Rd in Dayton Ohio on July 22, around 6:40pm. I asked for fresh food because my bill was 31.15 and that’s worth all of my food coming out fresh. When I asked for fresh food they said okay, but someone said something to the cashier over her headphones and she did a nasty laugh. But I did not comment. I then had to pull over to wait on my food. The manager came out and gave me my food and only one piece of the fish was fresh and the rest of the food was not. I was going to let it go, but my fries were cold! I pulled back around to the drive thru and said my fries are cold can I have a fresh order. I was speaking with the manager on duty. She said to me “no I am not going to waste making a fresh order of fries on you when those are fresh. I said these fries are not fresh and I squeezed some of them and they were soggy. She said Ma’am they are fresh…I am not going to waste my food on you, I will give you your money back!” I said so you would rather take all of this food back and WASTE ALL OF THIS FOOD, INSTEAD OF MAKING ME A FRESH ORDER OF FRIES??? She said YELP! Because you are complaining about everything and I am not going to waste making a fresh order of fries for you and waste these fries! Make it make sense. She took ALL of my food back and wasted that food! How stupid can you be! Where has customer service went these days. What happened with pleasing the customers and making them happy! She has no clue about customer service and LJS is going to lose a lot of customers on her account! That was next to the worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I was appalled!

They were out of everything, no rice, no salmon, no tartar sauce, no potato wedges at lunch time. Will not be returning, unhappy with the food and service, they also didn’t give us our drink that we got with the meal.
