Downgrading my experience.Drive-thru let 2 cars through Lane #1 while I was waiting in Lane #2. I asked if they were ready for my order because a third car was ordering at Lane #1! She said "No, dude." She let the 3rd car go in front of me. After car #4 pulled up and I called out, I could hear them all laughing. It's too bad, my kids were looking forward to some ice cream

It is very loud next to the highway so the person taking your order has to constantly ask you to repeat what you said. The cashiers are very rude. They open the window tell you a total and then shove food in your face. You are lucky to get what you order.

KELLY really needs to go I bring two people to work to pickup there checks at 10:15am she gave the colored boy his check and acted like the white girl was never there and she was trying to pay for my food cuz I wasn't able to stand a black lady came in and ordered after I did and she got her food while I was just being cashed out and KELLY gave her a refund for waiting so long lol think WOW really so because I'm white I have to wait 30 minutes just to pay cash for my food and the other lady was black waits 20 minutes pays with a card and SHE gets a refund on her orderA colored boy can get his check white girl gets her check after I call out KELLY over the checks then after that she wants to give a refund to someone that hasnt been there for as long as I haveTHIS IS WRONG AND IM SO MAD

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Every time I come here they mess my food up and then ARGUE with me about it. The worse part about it, is my stupid self keeps coming back. I used to be a manger at McDonald’s and the fact that their general manager allows their “managers” to speak to customers like that when I was being completely respectful and polite amazes me. And the simple fact that their “managers” doesn’t even know how to ring up an order I learnt how to ring up in my first couple of months is wild. I asked for a bacon biscuit add cheese and nobody not even the manager had a clue on how to ring it up tried to charge me almost 3$ extra dollars for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no egg. I tried to explain that there is a bacon biscuit button it’s just hard to find and most people do not know where it is, that if she couldn’t find it or just simply didn’t want to take the time to find it(which I completely understood it’s fast food after all and we have our drive through times) then she could just order it as a sausage biscuit sub bacon add cheese and she completely ignored me, shut the window in my face when I was talking and took 5-10 minutes to figure it out, when if she would of just listened to me in the first place, she would’ve known that I already told her to do that. So take my advice and just drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the on airway and woodman they are phenomenal, have excellent customer service, food is always hot, fresh, and correct.
