We used to love Sunday breakfast at O'Charley's, but it was discontinued during COVID. We've been hoping they would bring it back. We just heard it was back, and had to try it. T was as good as before!

I just wanted to give my thanks to Barbara, the manager at Ocharleys bu the Dayton Mall. My son is a very picky eater but he loves the cheese wedges from here. He could eat them everyday as long as they are fresh and still hot. We had a mishap with the online ordering system for pickup today and then with the order itself, however, what made this not a big deal was the great customer service we received from the manager when we called and brought it to their attention. They made sure my son received a new fresh order and went above and beyond to make it right. This is why i am giving 5 stars. We also order delivery from here frequently at my job and this experience will make O'Charleys one our top choices. Thanks Barbara!

Haven't been here in years and remember it being very good we really looked forward to some of the tasty rolls while we waited so 4 of us stopped in for dinner with high hopes but that changed very quickly. The restaurant was not very busy at all 2-3 people in our section, the waitress took 10 minutes or more getting any drink orders or bread. 30 minutes into the visit we finally got a refill and 1 appetizer brought to us still no rolls as requested due to "other servers stealing all them for there tables". One of us asked for a drink change because the sweet tea wasn't very good and the waitress carelessly tossed her tray onto a table and clearly had a attitude. 45 minutes in we got our food and finally some bread and that's when everyone at the table were quickly disappointed the steaks came out looking like they never touched a grill and were microwaved!! The sides were cold the mashed sweet potatoes tasted like it came from gerber! Overall I would not recommend this to any friends or family! Tuesday June 13th around 6pm.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but you wait 20 mins to order and then 30 mins for room temp food. I had to ask for my food to be reheated because I didn’t want to wait another 30 mins. Mind you, it’s 8:11PM and there’s barely anyone dining in. So there’s absolutely no excuse. Didn’t get an offer for a refill on my empty drink, dirty dishes and empty cups on the table as we eat. This location is going downhill fast.

We've gone to this O Charley's for years and it has gotten terrible.. Little to no actual chicken in the way overcooked tenders. My son ordered tots and was served fries but the waitress never came back to check on us till she dropped off the check. We got no Refills, nothing.

So today my sister and I came into the O’Charley’s Centerville location and was super impressed by the cleanliness, staff and management. From our server Lynn to the young man Sheldon who brought our food out and manager Jen that stopped by to check on us. Everything was top notch and Super Delicious!!!!. I will definitely be back to frequent this establishment as it’s now restored my faith in this brand!!! Well done, team!!!

Good people, nice menu options, and fair pricing.Unfortunately, the food was just not very well cooked, catfish had HUGE bones in it, and the breading was obviously either under-mixed, or over used.Really feel sorry for a lot of restaurants nowadays, trying to do their best, but cannot find experienced staff, or keep them long enough to be skilled at cooking or serving their menus. However, people need real information about the options they have, and whether their hard earned money is going to be well spent...in this case, I would have to recommend they go somewhere else.

This location is beyond awful. It's so bad, they should fire everyone or just close down. I've been here numerous times, despite my better judgment, and I kid you not every single time there's been nothing but problems. The last time (my final visit) was just ridiculous. The server was really kind but not attentive whatsoever. We had to ask him for rolls because he didn't bring any out or even mention it. We didn't get any refills the whole time we were there, which was almost 2 hours. The food came super late and almost everything was cold. I don't mean lukewarm, I mean COLD as if it was sitting for a very long time. Half of us couldn't even eat our food, it was that bad. The manager "fixed" our bill but she was very stingy despite the number of problems we had. She literally only took off 2 meals even though there were about 4 meals that were not eaten. When I say almost everything that could go wrong, went wrong.

So I haven't been to O'charley's for a couple of years. I noticed that the restaurant updated some things. Fresh paint, new drinking glasses and new menu, looked more modern which is a plus. What I remember from all my past visits it the delicious rolls you get, not anymore! The rolls have changed. They are not the soft fluffy buttery rolls anymore. Its an oddly shaped hard gritty roll now. Why did they change that! On a good note they still had the honey chicken and it was still tasty! Service was good we sat by the bar are. The bathrooms not do great. It had a weird smell and it needs to be updated. My advice, please bring back the old rolls you use to serve!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Our server was super sweet but that’s about the only good thing I have to say. We waited OVER an hour for our food. Once we finally got it our steak was undercooked so we had to wait once more for that while we watched multiple tables that seated way after us get their food. The only reason we even came was because we had a gift card, but it was not even close to worth it. We still paid $36 after we used our $25 gift card and waited over an hour for food. Never once saw a manager in the restaurant. We t least ever return, worst dining experience we’ve ever had. We were at the restaurant for about a total of 2 hours which is ridiculous. Will never recommend this place to anyone and if you’re reading this I’d advise you to not waste your time or money! We left unsatisfied and spent way too much money on very low quality food.

We waited 30 minutes for our table, which was reasonable, but then once seated, it took almost 25 minutes to be able to order our food. Then, almost 45 minutes later, we got bread after needing to ask for it. A little over 1 hour after being seated, they brought out only my wife's cup of soup, which was watery and literally cold. At this point, we asked to pay for our drinks and left. They did comp the one beer and a soft drink we had.

Never again will we dine here. The food and service were lousy. Steak dinner was brought out missing a side and the steak was very overcooked. Another steak was delivered with the missing side. Meanwhile, the mashed sweet potatoes were ice cold. The seafood platter was served, without the crab as described on the menu. After flagging down our waitress, it was brought to the table and was still cold in the middle. Th shrimp dinner consisted of extremely over fried shrimp and fishy tasting broccoli. The service was subpar as well. We asked for extra napkins and got none. No drink refills were ever offered and our waitress was unphased by the poorly prepared food or missing food from the platters. We asked to see a manager and she disappeared for at least 20 minutes after telling us she'd see what she could do. If it weren't for the fact that we were all extremely hungry when we were served our food after a considerable wait, we would have walked out. This restaurant needs some serious training of staff and a manager that is prepared to handle complaints. We also observed other tables asking for the manager. Overall, lousy and very, very disappointing!!

O'Charley's is on our regular restaurant rotation. I usually get the Southern fried chicken salad. It's great when we eat in the store and it travels well when we pick up food to take home. The servers have been consistently good for us. Keep up the good work!Bring back pie!
