My husband loves this place more than he loves me. It's O-K. I like the soup (they have a nice soup selection but I like the cheddar broccoli) and skinny sub--I usually go for the veggie melt (avacado, Swiss, cheddar, provolone and mushrooms) often I'll add bacon My husband always orders the Italian + . He gets the original on white and he says it's the perfect portion. He snags a bag of the voodoo chips too. The kids get him a gift card to PotBelly every year for Christmas and he's always looking forward to it!

Ordered delivery for relatives stuck in hospital. Thru Yelp Delivery time was too long so cancelled order within 5 min. Spoke with Kyle No problem he'd take care of it credit will show in 2-3 days I then get a text 45 min later from delivery person saying that it's delivered! Called back to store Oh that was thru grub hub. You have to call them to cancel orders. No I ordered thru yelp and why didn't Kyle tell me that? He's not a mgr. Etc. never again.

Amazing food to say the least, great sandwiches and quality of food is 100% fresh every time. Customer Service is always good every time I come the Staff is helpful and kind and act like normal people who just doing their job trying to help you, No Fake People, Thank Goodness!! The Sandwiches are really good and when your done eating believe me you have a Pot Belly for sure. LOL!! Great place, service, food, and atmosphere for a new era of a great sandwich franchise that's better food than your average Submarine, Torpedo, Hoagie, etc... franchise take out Deli, Shops, Restaurants, or whatever. Potbelly is a good example of what a real awesome sandwich should really be especially when it comes to quality of Meats, Cheese, Produce, and especially Bread. Dining or Take Out here is worth the time and wait to get the best Sandwich made for one who enjoys a specialty of a classic sandwich made an exceptional way that's really delicious and certainly desirable.

I am writing this review after several instances of bad service from rude, unprofessional employees.I walked into the empty store tonight and was initially ignored- OK, not a big issue- by two female employees gossiping loudly. I approached the counter and attempted to order a sandwich with all included toppings plus tomato and onion but was interrupted before I could finish the word 'onion' so she could tell me I would be asked about toppings while the sandwich was being made. I thought three simple instructions would be easy enough to remember and was annoyed at being interrupted but was understanding because I had forgotten their protocol. She continued to interrupt me throughout EVERY step of the ordering process. After I finished, the other girl started making my sandwich while the one who took my order went to sit up on a counter where completed orders are placed and put her dirty shoes up on the shelf below where bags for orders are stored and took out her phone. During this time, both are still gossiping loudly, which was very off-putting, to say the least. The girl making my sandwich eventually asked if I wanted everything included on the sandwich. I say "Yes, everything". I was not asked about or given an option to add anything else to it and before I knew it, my order was handed to me. I tell them I had already explained I wanted two additional toppings and was told I would be asked about this while the sandwich was made. Both employees immediately began heatedly arguing with me and acted outraged, eventually cut me off (again) and ran to the back together to go get the manager. The manager was friendly, apologetic and remade my sandwich, double checking to get the correct toppings. I could clearly hear the girls in the back room practically screaming obscenities about me the remainder of my time there. I looked at the sandwich they made to find they had actually added literally every other topping on the menu. Nice. Zero care or communication skills, just entitlement and serious lack of professionalism.This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this store. Several times I have ordered online and had missing toppings from my sandwiches, including two instances of missing avocado from the AVO turkey sandwich. The last time I came to pick up an online order (from an empty store), I waited at the counter several minutes while my order sat behind the counter on a shelf and all employees could be heard talking and gossiping in the back room. I eventually got fed up and walked behind the counter, grabbed my bag and left.I know it is hard to find good help, but I won't be returning and don't recommend.

Never had a issue till now, I placed an order to be picked up before the store was closed and when I went to pick it up it wasn't made and got told they was closed I understand closing can be annoying I work next door and have to deal with the same things and understand that they probably didn't want to make the order because of how close it was to closing but now I have to wait even longer to eat when I was really looking forward to that sandwich and cookies and then when I asked for a refund I got told I had to place it for over the website when I went through the app and then still had to call the store to get refund

Got the wreck sub, it's pretty good. Food came fast but the place was empty. The employees were a little off. There was one employee standing directly outside the door looking around as if he was waiting for someone to show up or something. Definitely could have been friendlier.
