It seems to quality here has gone down hill quite drastically. We placed a pickup order and confirmed with the employee that all food was in the bag. Our mistake for not checking, but of course we return home and we are missing several items.Making the trip back the employee showed no concern that they forgot the food, no apology or any attempt to make things right.The food we did receive originally was cold and the presentation was terrible. The taste was ok, but the quality and quantity you receive for the price is extremely lacking. I feel like it used to be quite a bit better a few years ago.

Good burgers and tots, great juice/ lemonade. Service was meh and atmosphere was corporate boring. Luckily the burgers and drinks carry it.

Went to buy the chicken tenders meal. It was OK.Vegetarian options: Not sure about this one.Dietary restrictions: More than likely not recommended.Parking: Cramped location, few spots.Kid-friendliness: It's OK. More adult oriented as a fast casual place.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Got one out of 5 burgers made wrong. When I brought it up. They were rude about it. Bad customer service. Rude with body gestures. People who work there using profanity behind the counter.
