I placed an online order. When i came in to pick up my order my drink was just sitting there. The barista pushed it to the side and made someone else’s drink. My order was an online order and this location wasn’t even packed.

Slowest service I've ever experienced. Ordered an Americano with soy milk. Waited for 10 minutes as the only person in the store, while the two workers made a bunch of mobile orders that just sat there the entire time. When I finally got to my car, I discovered that they hadn't actually put the milk in and had to go all the way back in to have them make the correct order. Should have taken 3 or 4 minutes, but took 20!

I'm frustrated, I called Starbucks 5 times and they never answered the phone. What company doesn't answer the phone during business hours! No the call wasn't in waiting and i spread each call out by a couple minutes. That mean 10/12 minutes of ignoring phone calls.
