I think it's a shame that this Starbucks practices completing mobile orders and door dash orders before the customers who are actually in the store.I sat on Thursday for over 20 min after ordering to get my drink. I saw two other people who ordered in store get dismissed by the staff when they asked about their orders as well.What a shame.

I love my little Starbucks here! This location is awesome and all of the staff are like family. So friendly and genuinely nice people! Service is wonderful but you have to remember, there is no drive thru at this location so be prepared and mindful when ordering your drink. They get a ton of mobile orders here! They are busy but try really hard not to make people wait too long!

Compared to others in the area - this will always be my Starbuck's of choiceI come here frequently during the week to work because of the people that typically hang out and work here as well - lots of business professionals, college students, young families, and older retirees. People frequently walk and bring their dogs too which is a nice treat if you're a dog person. It just feels more homey than other starbucks :)Yes - it is busy like the other reviews mention, but I have noticed that they have hired more people so that it is fully staffed when busy. There is plenty of seating but it's usually all filled during early morning and late afternoon.Even when they have been busy, they have always been welcoming and polite.If you order before 10 or after 4 during the week, you're probably going to wait a bit longer because it picks up once kids are out of school and people start to leave work. Same thing on the weekends but I feel like that should be more obvious.The picture is taken from the far left corner near the street. There is additional seating to the right on the other side of the doors and on the other side of the pick-up counter where the lights are along the wall. You may have to park a bit further down but it's usually easy to find a spot.
Recommended dishes: Iced Caramel Macchiato, White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino Blended Beverage, Ham & Swiss Croissant

I went in one Saturday late morning and watched about two dozen pick up orders get made before my drink, which was one single iced tea. I have a back injury and ended up in a flare from standing for over 20 minutes, as all seating was full.

This Starbucks does NOT stay open for its scheduled hours. I’ve been there early in the morning and into the afternoon when they have decided to close. Pretty evident that they will not pay employees enough to work there.

HELP!!! This Starbucks is in a constant state of behind. I thought maybe they are having a bad day or maybe something happened. Unfortunately, this been a continued problem and issue. I mobile ordered at 9:21am and have been sitting in here and it is now 9:55am.I understand short staffing and I h sweat and when issues pop up, but this type of service has now been set as the expectation at this Starbucks. I highly encourage Dunkin Donuts. Their mobile app experience is just as easy as Starbucks and food is better. Did I mention the prices are a lot cheaper as well.End of an era for this location.
This is the best Starbucks! We travel a lot and hit up many Starbucks, and we always miss the people from this one when we're gone. While they have many regulars who love them, they also deal with so many rude customers. Despite this, the employees are still always so kind and lovely.

This is a very busy Starbucks, but the staff have no sense or urgency and there is no leadership expediting the orders or tasking. I ordered a mobile order at 8:03am for 3 drinks and arrived at 8:13 when the app said they’d be ready. We didn’t get all of our drinks until 8:36am which was insane and I was late for work. The 6-7 staff members were joking around and absent-mindedly wiping the counters while over 35 people stood in the store waiting on drinks. The cashier told customers they were “backed up” while virtually no drinks were being made or made very slowly. They are not understaffed whatsoever. Maybe 2 employees made drinks while 4 other young members of staff were standing around making comments and looking at the customers like we are bothering them. The food came out quickly because the store has a designated hot food preparer.I would suggest getting a competent manager to delegate tasks because most customers were leaving frustrated. I will just go to DLM instead.
