The Springboro Pike location is the ONLY Taco Bell I will frequent!!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and I have NEVER had them make any mistakes with my order!! This location is my go to morning, noon and night!!

Beware of handing cash over through the drive threw, I gave her a $5 and 3 $1 bills and she took the money and then handed my drink and then stated that I only gave her 3 $1 bills, I know exactly what I gave her, she's a lieing stealing theif that needs to be fired. People like you will have to answer to God in the end and will pay for what you do in this life. Your going to get caught some day and I hope karma bites you hard .

They didn't have what I asked for and have me two tortilla wraps on a broken burrito. I wouldn't mind if it was for myself but it was for my son who's an insulin dependent diabetic. Thank God I opened it up to make sure it was his order or we would have been in trouble.

Ordered a Mexican pizza tasted funny went in to get a fresh one waited 20 minutes and didn't even get an acknowledgement about my order being prepared while working on other orders so I just left will never go back there

The drive through seems pretty outdated and the parking lot seems rough but the food was delicious and the people working there were great.
It's Taco Bell so it's hard to screw up. I'm still very appreciative to the drive thru person who educated me on what my name was after 39 years I was so embarrassed to know I've been saying it wrong.
Chalupa shell was way over cooked. Really slow service.

This place really sucks! We usually get bad, rude service from the employees there and yesterday when we went, we ordered only three items from the menu and were told to pull around to the mobile parking and wait for the nacho fries. We waited forever and finally went in and demanded a refund because they had forgotten about us. Our food was just sitting there, but everyone was too lazy to bring it out and they weren't even busy... they were all just standing around. The manager didn't even care or apologize. He didn't even offer us the food that we ordered that we waited over 15 minutes for (less than $10 worth). He just threw it away and didn't care about what happened to us. It's simple. Bad manager=bad employees. If the owners want to make customers happy, they need to find a manager that actually cares about them. Avoid this place unless you don't mind getting treated like garbage.
