The woman messed up taking our order called us white boys and made rude comments and then made the order wrong after finally making the order right rung up but then made it wrong.
Ordered online and they left out multiple items and sauce and refused to upgrade items I asked and paid for to be supreme, when I mentioned this in the Taco Bell app they did nothing so we’ll see if they care
Smithville store tonight not only did I not recieve half my order I spent almost $50 nachos were not how ordered at all missing 3 cin twists my kids cheese roll ups were not even heated so when p icked up all cheese fell out and was missing a soft taco Supreme as well I will be calling to talk to a manager in the morning forsure and should recieve a refund for food that was messed up
Still over priced and disappointing. Tried to give them a chance after not going there for 3 yrs.....service was good though!
