Both times we’ve gone recently they forget items you paid for and the food you do get is very low quality. I got a chicken quesadilla and it was completely empty.

I am dairy free. They didn’t know what fresco style was, and proceeded to add tomato and onion on my food for a charge, once explained to them there isn’t onions on fresco style and that tomatoes shouldn’t charge because fresco style is free, she said they got a “new system” and that fresco style now charges (which isn’t true, I confirmed online and with another store) so we canceled our order because we didn’t want charged excessively more for something that should be free, and the lady gave us attitude as we left.
