RUDE staff and managers, so so many flies and cockroaches.. I asked for no tomatoes or sauce on the number 7 and they still put it in. Orders took too long. Would not recommend it. I used to be a regular now the new management is out of control. So so rude it is unbelievable…Dietary restrictions: Bad, Asked for no tomatoes bc im allergic and they still put it in

Absolutely butchered my order to an insane degree. I used to work at a Jimmy John's & haven't had it in months so I was SO excited to get my usual sandwich again. They got less than half of it right & I had to add my own accoutrements at home. So dissatisfying & disappointing. Won't be ordering there again anytime soon.

Well... there were probably 5 people in the restaurant and only one person in line ahead of me. I saw at least 4, perhaps 5 workers...they stood behind the counter complaining and griping while I waited...and waited...then left. I am giving it a 2 because they were busy making sandwiches for I am guessing online orders. But I waited wayyyyy too long. Went down the block and ordered delicious food from Chelley Belly.
