Consistently the worst of all the Flub's locations. We've been three times this summer and each time they have not lived up to the experiences we have at the other two locations.
If you order a Cyclone expecting something akin to a DQ Blizzard, you will be disappointed. What they will give you is a cup with ice cream, a small layer of toppings, more ice cream, and some stuff on top. The ingredients are in no way mixed into the ice cream at all, so they really need to change the name because Cyclone implies they'll be mixed in.
Also, god forbid you just want chocolate ice cream and Butterfinger in this "Cyclone" because apparently not choosing one of the recipes on the board throws them off of their game. I cannot find the way to word "just chocolate ice cream and Butterfinger" in a way that is clear enough to imply that is literally all I want in it. Also if you can't remember the name correctly they'll guess and you'll end up with who knows what but you're halfway back to Hamilton by the time you realize how badly they misheard you.

Flubs has been in business since 1966 and it easyvto see why. Great customer service, family friendly, good prices. It is a place where you can see multiple generations like tonight, I was there with my daughter and my grandkids.
This was my first time trying this place and they DID NOT disappoint! When I asked for extra Oreo and cheesecake, they delivered! I can’t even remembered how much I paid it was so good!

got a strawberry shortcake sundae and the picture of item and what I got are different small portion which I was surprised by that as in past w Flubbs portions were always on the spot?!?!?!?!?! so after eating the shortcake I got me a medium soft serve swirl vanilla and chocolate wife got Almond Joy Parfait very good we also enjoyed that will be back as we ate In this area often

I brought my dog here to do some people training and everyone was so sweet. I got the #37 cyclone and my dog got a pup cup. It was a little over 7$ and with the amount of ice cream we got I feel like that's an amazing deal.
