It's one of the better McDonald's around. It's McDonald's. There really isn't a whole lot to say. Either you like it or you don't. Honestly, for me, my favorite part is the breakfast. It used to be the salad, but since they got rid of salads, I don't eat there much.

This is my go to place early for breakfast, but in the last two times I've been here I've had issues..the first one was I ordered a large Carmel frappe with my order, and after I paid and they brought my food there was no frappe,, so I asked and they told me the machine was broken,so I said but you charged me for it...so they asked for a receipt and I said you didn't give me one...so needless to say,that I never did get my money back or a frappe credit....

I frequented the route 4, Erie Blvd location. It recently became too much for me and I decided to try the Fairfield route 4 location. The manager from the Erie Blvd location happened to transfer when I did. She is one of the best managers I've ever experienced at any restaurant I've ever been to. She tries so hard and she deserves the most. I'll continue going to whatever restaurant she is at because she actually cares.

Used the app at around 10:30 am on 12/23/23 thru the drive thru and was givin the wrong order by a rude young over achiever at the window with zero personality, drove the mile back to be treated rudely by a purple haired female manager ( real professional!!! ) good job McDonald's, keeping management looking sharp, she was totally unapologetic, she really just needs to be put back on frys, and on top of it all the order was wrong again , my advice, go to Wendy's
