I just want to say how happy i am with the service i receive here. I have been going to the kemper rd Panera almost everyday for the last 3 months and order the same thing with overhard eggs because im pregnant. Every time i would go in the employees are rude and its an overall negative experience every single time. Then the day before Christmas eve they tell me they can no longer make overhard eggs and where extremely mean about it even though i get it the same way everytime....read full review

This review is for the cashier, Dion. What a sweet young lady! From the time I walked in, she was friendly and greeted me to take my order. As I placed my order, she was very personable and gave me a few compliments (which every pregnant woman loves). She even gave me a complimentary drink, and Lord knows, it's the simple things these days. I hope she gets recognized for her positive attitude and stellar customer service. As always, the food didn't miss.

So Lynn the lady who takes your order is the sweetest most amazing person. You just can't hope but notice. She is always running around trying to help everyone between ringing people up. I'm fact she is the only working hard. The rest of the employees seem lethargic. She is totally amazing. The Baja chicken bowl is pretty good also. Try it.
