Ordered delivery for a 430 delivery. Food didn't come til almost 6pm and was cold. Online it continued to say expected delivery is 430. Then said it was cooked and finished at 4pm. So my food sat there over an hour before being picked up

Waited 40 minutes for a dinner box when quoted 15 mins. When it was actually done the credit card machine was down. They wanted me to leave my card there until it processed. At that point I should’ve gotten my food for free. There were three people working and I was the only one in there. Never going back to this Pizza Hut again. Never got my pizza. Ended up getting City BBQ which was amazing!

So the receipt says original pan/their white sauce/mushroom.I get... thin crust/marinara/mushroom.... I guess I should be glad that they decided to keep the mushrooms ??? Would love to know how they could have messed up so bad

We waited almost 2 hours to not even get the right pizza and our pasta was missing alfredo sauce. Do not order from this place at all.

Forgot to include the breadsticks I ordered and the chicken Alfredo was gross, the chicken tasted old and there was a bone in it. Won’t be ordering again.

Friendly staff and food was ready and to go on time. They were understaffed like everyone has been since Covid. The 2 gentlemen that were working, were working hard and very nice.

Pizza ordered at 5pm. Pizza showed being made for almost an hour. After calling the store they said delivery wasn't available and doordash is going to deliver. Pizza showed 2 hours late. Order larosas and save yourself the trouble

?Just ordered a pizza and bread and the bread and pizza never showed up and when I called the pizza hut the didn't answer and hung up my call but they did take the money out of my account.Do Not Recommend this Pizza Hut!

I ordered through the app and entered the correct address for the Holiday Inn I was in. Within an acceptable amount of time I received a phone call from the delivery driver asking me what room number I was in and that he would be right up. My food had not come and I called him back ten minutes later and he said he had delivered it to the room. Then he confirmed the address of the hotel but said it was not a Holiday Inn. He said he would tell his manager and they would be calling me. I didn't wait and called the store five times within nine minutes and they never answered. I called the delivery driver back and he said the manager said since it was ordered through the app it was my fault for entering the address wrong. He said he would give the general manager my number but it would probably be best for me to go to the store. I called the store again and the driver answered it knowing it was me, which makes me think they were screening my calls, he then gave the phone to the manager. The manager basically said it can't be helped since I was the one who entered the address. I asked him if he checked to see if the address matches the Holiday Inn, he then checked it while I was on the phone and asked me if I was at the Holiday Inn and I said yes. I could hear him talking to the driver and he said "you entered the wrong address." Then he gets back on the phone with me and asked if I wanted my money refunded as a store credit or to have the food remade. I had three very hungry little kids plus my hungry self. So I wanted to eat right then. He said he would remake it. It was about 45 minutes after he agreed to remake it that I called and again they didn't answer but while it was ringing and ringing the driver called and said he was across the street and would be right there. The store is about a four minute drive from the hotel. The chicken wings were made wrong but that's fine because the kids eating it loved them. Overall I would say it had been about two and a half hours since I ordered it. But the food was hot and delicious. The driver apologized for the confusion and I said thank you.

We ordered a pizza at 5:54 pm. It was an online order. The delivery time was scheduled for 30 to 40 minutes out. We should have had our pizza by 6:30. At 6:50 I called to ask why our pizza had not been delivered, as it was still showing in the making process when I looked at the tracker. At 7:17, I received a text from Pizza Hut stating that the pizza would now be being delivered by doordash and it would show up at 7:55. Shortly after that I got a text stating that my pizza was out for delivery and it would be here by 8 pm. The pizza finally arrived at 8:02 p.m.I have four children under the age of eight that were waiting for their dinner for over 2 hours. We ended up having to fix something for the little ones so that they could eat and go on to bed. There was no explanation given nor any attempt to make things right. They would not even answer the phone the first time I called to inquire about it.

This is the second time they've messed up my order. I know, I should have checked before I left, but still. Putting the right sauce on a pizza should not be that hard.

I tried calling to just ask a few questions and was on hold for 10 minutes just for someone to pick up and hang up on me. I tried calling back thinking it was a mistake but once again they picked up and hung up the phone.. very poor customer service.. definitely do not suggest going here if you want to order anything cause it quite obvious they don't want anyone's business to begin with ?‍♀️

Bread sticks weren't hot, and melt was disappointing. Over cooked in the outside. Weird extra dough inside. Honestly, the roach trap on the counter should have been a flag to get out if there. Disappointing lunch. Maybe their dinner crew is better?

We ordered pizza there the first time and it was delicious, ordered the next weekend and they missed backing a pizza so gave me a discount. We ordered 4 pizzas this weekend and they smelled and tasted like garbage. I guess one of the reviews I read that there lazy was right, I guess they cooked them that way because they don't like filling big ordered. I Love the pizza the first time so think I'll try a different pizza hut next time.
