We went on a very busy evening and the staff was very patient and attentive. Our wait ended up being shorter then anticipated. Our waitress was awesome and the food delicious. Will definitely be going back.

The VI is a great place for family. They do takeout. Very trendy ambiance! ...whenever I'm there I pig out on their tater tots.. heh. Service is very efficient! Absolutely recommended. If you're in town, this should be a #1 option!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had on the phone. Was calling to try to place a large order for a doctors office and was told that they could not put a persons name on their order without charging each separately. Was then told by the young lady on the phone that she would find someone else to take my order. When the next young lady got on the phone, I asked for the manager. She stated that she was “close enough”. I then asked for the name of the first person on the phone and she asked why I needed that. They would not give me to a manager. I never placed the order, and quite honestly never will.

The food was incredible. We had the salmon blt, and the black and blue steak sandwich. They both came with hugh piles of handcut fries. Absolutely incredible food ?

Amazing service, excellent ambiance inside and out, great beer selection, and we loved the mac & cheese and tater tots. We had fun trying dipping sauces. For sauces, our favs were the buffalo and honey chipotle, and we didn't love the pesto or curry.
