Forgot to give me my fries. Pretty much everybody was jerking around having fun and not working. One said they were bored and you could see things needed cleaned. Until it's fixed I will not be eating there anymore 🙏✌️

Chicken tenders were half the size they used to be for $2.00 more. The cheeseburger would have been great if you didn't put that smoke oil on it. That is disgusting. I will never eat there AGAIN.

We were walking towards the door about to open it when a girl came up to the door and said "sorry our dining room is closed" and slammed it shut. Mind you it was 9 PM and they close at 10 PM. I only know that because the hours were posted on the door she slammed on us. It was very rude and unprofessional considering a couple had just walked out.

Usually good service of the times I've been but was given the most overcooked chicken strips I've ever laid my eyes on this time. Can't believe I didn't look at them before leaving the restaurant

I placed a dd order at 7:45pm. They literally waited until after 9pm to cancel my order saying they were out of something. This isn't the 1st time. Also lately it's been taking well over 2 hours for orders. I'm not understanding why. I love ordering from there, but lately it hasn't been worth it

The level of incompetence at this location is impressive! How many workers does it take to complete an order? Apparently 6 workers isn’t enough. They look like it’s their first day with zero clue what they’re doing. If the owner is reading this check this out for yourself. Yikes

I am absolutely furious with the service at Dairy Queen. Our food was not only significantly late, but when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong! We ordered specific items and received a mess of incorrect and subpar substitutes. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund for this abysmal experience. I am beyond enraged with the recent service I received from Dairy Queen. After waiting an unreasonably long time for our order, we were appalled to find that it was filled with the wrong items. This is a blatant display of carelessness and disrespect towards your customers. Such incompetence in handling simple orders is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt and thorough response, along with a complete refund. This experience has been utterly disappointing and infuriating. I am extremely dissatisfied and angry with the service I received from Dairy Queen. Not only was our order outrageously late, but when it finally arrived, it was filled with incorrect items. This shows a shocking lack of attention to detail and customer care. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers with such negligence. I demand a swift resolution to this issue, including a full refund and an explanation for this unacceptable experience. I’m gunna kill my self

My experience with this place is that a bunch of highschool kids who want to get paid but do barely minimum work. The grease needs to be changed. Cheese curds tasted a day old and the fries were just the same. I didn't know you could possibly mess up chicken tenders. I don't expect much when eating any fast food but this was pretty bad. I don't like McDonald's but it's next door and I should have ordered there instead.

Food was accurate, however I got a salad and when I got to my destination, realized I didn’t have a fork in the bag, so now I have to wait 2 hours to eat this unless I want to use my bare hands. ??‍♀️ Pretty frustrating.

Honestly how hard is it to mix a blizzard? I got the new peanut butter cookie dough party and over 3/4s was just vanilla ice cream….its like they dumped the toppings on top and sent it…and there was long blonde hair in my chicken strips. Cold on top of it like its been sitting. I keep giving this place chances and its for nothing. Im now done coming here….this is ridiculous that every single time this store messes up some part of my order….every single time without fail….i spent $22 on 2 blizzards and chicken strips…the food is ice cold and the blizzard was so far from what is advertised….

We stopped today at a VERY busy time because it was during the Garrettsville community sale. We were totally impressed with the speed of service, both in ordering our food and receiving our food! Plus...the tables were continually cleaned so that people were able to sit comfortably and eat. GREAT JOB! Kudos to the entire staff!

i’m a door dasher and had an order here, the girls were very rude wouldn’t open the window to speak with me and when they finally came to the window they were being rude and snappy, not a good experience bad vibes…
