Don’t even bother over lunch time. I can’t speak to other times, but I ordered 20 minutes in advance when I got there it still wasn’t even in the process of being made. Other people who had ordered ahead have been waiting for over 20 minutes. They looked severely understaffed, seems to be way too common of an issue at chipotle lately because it’s not the first location I’ve had this at.

Despite the other negative comments about this location being bad, I wanted to share that my experience today was good. It was lunch hour and there were only a few people visibly working in the front.The line started to get extremely long, but when I got up to the front, the employee helping me was still polite, calm, and attentive. Thank you for providing a great experience!

Everytime I order here, they skimp on portions like crazy compared to other chipotle locations.Everyone I know refers to this chipotle as the worst chipotle in Columbus. Recommend Going to Qdoba down the road.

Ordered a quesadilla for pickup at 820 with nobody in line. Walked back in at 832 for an 830 pickup and the workers started scrambling to make the food. Proceeded to make 3 walkin orders before finishing mine. I walked out at 840 and had to remind them for my side of quest. What an absolute joke.

The kid Making the tortillas dropped one on the floor, picked it up, threw it away and put a new tortilla on the warmer without swapping gloves. When I asked him to swap his gloves, he rolled his eyes and scoffed I will, not be Coming back here It’s New Year’s, but that’s no reason to have an attitude if you don’t like your job, maybe don’t work there

I have been eating chipotle for 20+ years and never have such a bad experience. There were two very young ladies at the front, one was busy refilling ingredients and asked the second to help me, the second mumbled something and walked away. I made the mistake of asking for more guacamole to be added because about half of the amount that is typically put on was added, I was informed I would be charged twice the amount. I’m aware that my burrito is more difficult to wrap, and I’ve seen people re- wrap or double wrap my order,no big deal; after I paid and I looked over to see them wrapping it, they were just shoving shredded cheese into the burrito. When I got home there was more shredded cheese in my burrito than any other ingredient. I love cheese, but this was so disgusting I threw away most of it. I absolutely wasted my money here, and I would suggest going to the Kingsdale location a couple miles away. Never again.

After not greeting me the person at the counter didn’t know if they had orange drinks or not and then said I never said I wanted to eat my order inside…. I also never said it was to go. In addition she called me friend (I’m not her friend) and she took my card without asking and ordered me to put it in the machine and then did it herself. (rude)
