Everything I had there was very good. I really enjoyed the tamales. They had chicken and they had cheese and jalapeno. I don't believe I ever had a real tamale before it wrapped in corn husk. The burrito was very good as was everything else that I had there. Real Central American food. I believe the people that own it are from Guatemala. The cactus was really good as well.
I wish I had the authority to give this place a Michelin star. It's so delicious. The kindest gentleman opened up his window and greeted me with the biggest smile. I asked him a few questions about various items to which he answered with pure joy. This guy was super happy to cook great food for others. I ordered a gordita and 2 munitas. Food Truck with awesome food! They always have food cooked to perfection. I even tried the hamburger and fries and I can say, that hamburger was on another level and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the center! It's in a gravel parking lot, but they have picnic tables under a tent if you choose to eat onsite.
