First time I can honestly say I'm disappointed in this location. Usually the lines are long but tonight, a rainy night, we pulled right up to the order screen. Placed the order and then pulled up behind a line of 5 cars waiting on their order.no movement at all for 10 minutes. All cars but the lead car had their order and when the lead car did pull away, all the rest followed. Now I'm the lead car. After 10 minutes this will be quick right? Nope. History repeated and the 5 cars behind me all got there orders. The staff came out twice to verify the name and took my receipt the second time. 10 minutes later, here comes my nuggets and fries. Surely they remade my order? Surely it hadn't been sitting there for near 20 minutes. Surely? Got home and everything was cold.

The food is always good at Chuck fil a. The person took my order wrong, I did not know this until I got home. Which is a 15 minutes drive. I should have checked it before I left, never had too in the past. I come back, and the manager seemed shock that I would return. I ordered three Spicy Chicken Deluxes and received two.A lot of youth working late and seems the adults left. It was hard to.get.served on the inside.The chicken has become aller in portions.The food is good. But I would not recommend going there around 9 pm

The food is always great and timely! We've never had a messed up order and it's always fresh! However, everytime I come in here, the Front of House Lead of Operations, Carly, is incredibly rude and passive aggressive to her employees. She treats them horribly and unprofessionally in the presence of guests, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. This girl needs to be in the BOH if she's willing to treat people this way in front of guests.
Genuine care and service. Make you feel welcome, and on return visits they welcome back.
