We had a lovely dinner this evening. We were seated immediately. Our waiter, Caden, arrived right away and was very nice, helpful and attentive. (All the staff was nice.) Everything was quick to arrive and the food was hot and very good. So glad we came here tonight!

Mt family came in from 3 hours away and met us at Carabbas for dinner. We showed up 1st and they prepared a table of 8 for us. 6 of us ended up woth drinks and bread and my dad mentioned that my grandpa probably could not manage such a tall chair. We had to ask them to set a completely different table up to accommodate him. The whole staff was courteous and helpful the entire time. Our waitress was wonderful. She was quick with anything we needed and very nice. The food was all excellent as well. Best eating out experience I've had since last Summer.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian options for me and lots of gluten free options for my wife. More than many places.

Hello, my name is Kyle. I was in on Sunday the 25th with my wife. My first time to be honest. I don't eat out a lot. However, the next time we eat out, we will be back and we will be asking for Suzi. Suzi was absolutely amazing. She seemed to be a little busy, but she never made us wait for anything. In fact, anytime I was needing anything, she was there to see how we were doing. It's like she was reading my mind. LOL. Anyway, we enjoyed your food, the atmosphere was very nice, but having a server like Suzi sold us to come back and ask for her. My wife and I both used to wait tables BTW. We know the difference between acceptable service and great service. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely be back. In regards to your question below, my wife's entree was about 25 dollars and mine was about 30. Plus, we had an appetizer. I think our bill is right around $60 not including the tip.

We have ordered delivery of Carrabba's several times and always gotten good food at a reasonable price. Tonight we decided to dine in. It was not a good experience. When we arrived we were told it would be a 30 minute wait - they took our phone number and said they would text us. After 45 minutes of waiting in the car, we went back in to find we could have been seated half an hour ago. It took a long time to get wait service. We ordered and were served drinks, but no straws. We asked twice for a straw, which took another half hour to arrive. The bread looked like it had been through a grinder. We ordered and asked for salad dressing to be served on the side. It wasn't - the salads were sopped. Finally the food arrived lukewarm and soggy. The restaurant was crowded, with crying kids everywhere and cold air blowing on us when the doors kept opening. We won't be back for dine in. This is not something we would pay for again.
