Drive thru board shows med. Shake 7.00 but billed 7.50 plus .50 for whipcream. What is going on. Is greeters that hard up to overcharge for items. Plenty of kids working inside and took quite awhile to get finished. Wasn't amazed.

this is by far my favorite graeter’s location!! the staff is so enthusiastic and generous, the entire seating area is clean, and they have a drive thru. definitely a consistent brand with exciting seasonal flavors.
I did a 5000 mile 100+ ice cream shop trip a few years ago and continuously tried ice cream shops everywhere I went. I rode over 80,000 miles on by motorcycle last year alone. Ice cream, custard and Gelato are my favorite foods. Graeter's is one of the best chain ice cream shops I have been fortunate enough to visit. The store in Hilliard, Ohio is outstanding and they look out for military. I have been here many times in the last month. Well done Graeter's!

I’ve got to hand it to them, they always do a great job. Every night in the summer, cars are consistently wrapped around the building for hours on end, and there are a steady stream of customers walking in as well. Whoever is managing this location has it running like a well oiled machine. They keep the drive-through and pedestrian lines moving efficiently, and the service is ALWAYS friendly and cheerful. Just want to say keep up the great work, Hilliard Graeters team. You guys are wonderful, and we appreciate you serving up all of our favorite frosty treats!

Stopped late night (about 11) for a scoop as the "other" store in town had closed at 9:30 on a Saturday evening. Wife treated herself with a small sundae (counter staff had fun with it and put sprinkles and candy eyes on it) and I got a scoop of a mascarpone-based ice cream. Both were very good and hit the spot for us.

Graeter's is my favorite Ohio ice cream brand and this location doesn't disappoint. We brought a group of 9 on a warm summer evening. There were multiple scoopers behind the counter and we were all taken care of pretty quickly. There is a good amount of seating both inside and outside at this location.My flavor choices this time: Boldly Bearcat and Buckeye Blitz.
