Came in on a Sunday at lunch time, waited about 5 mins before was given chance to give order, the staff seemed a bit short staffed and over whelmed although the store was empty and just one or two cars in the drive thru. The restaurant was also very smokey from something in the kitchen getting burnt.
Rushed! Rushed! Rushed! Only car in line...we were NOT done ordering!! AND Woman can't HEAR!!! Super frustrating after 5 times of trying to repeat myself.And their phone line is busy bc it's OFF the hook, So I will write a review instead.And Mr. "I'm going to chime in" Petri, I can understand why you feel the need to defend this non-hearing drive through worker! I'm sure it's a normal thing bc she is NOT good for the drive thru line! Put her where she can READ LIPS!We left. No wonder there is no line here and McDonald's line is to the road.DO BETTER!!

Ordered my food and the girl in drive thru couldn't get my order correct and gave me an attitude over her headset and slammed her headset down and the manager had to finish my order and my food was ice cold and was a wast of my money to even order hot food don't go to this location if you want to get your food messed up or get a ride drive thru girl on the headset bad place

Weird how they’re supposed to be “open late” until 1am yet pull into the drive thru @11:20pm to be told that they are closed. This location has to be one of the worst locations I have ever been to!!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! Brandon is the absolute WORST manager in customer service. I'll never return to this location other than to speak to the store manager, who apparently has NO NAME. It is ridiculous that he REFUSED to replace ONE MEDIUM FRY, because they were cold because I had to RETURN TO THE STORE FOR 3 MISSING ITEMS. Wendy's is hurting that bad that you can't replace a customer fry for the inconvenience and your employees lack of completing an order? Get it together Brandon. You have a lot to learn. Pretty said when 2 other employees had no problem replacing my fries, and the topping lady even apologized that I had to come back.
