We arrived a hour before closing, 9pm. The restaurant was practically empty. Never in my life have I been to a worse restaurant in the area. When me and my party got to the door we waited over five minutes to even be greeted by the hostess, who did not say a word to us before becoming frustrated that we did not automatically know to follow her to our table. When we got to a table, it took fifteen minutes to even be greeted and asked what drinks we would like, just to immediately forget and not get around to it for another ten minutes. When we were finally getting our food, which did come out at a reasonable time, I was given a steak so cold and red it was still mooing. We were left waiting on our waitress so often that we mostly interacted with the other lovely waitresses there, relying on them to get us a box and our check. If our waitress had told us her name, which I now realize why she didn’t, I would have cautioned people to avoid her.
All in all, I have never had worse service from a hostess or waitress in my Life.

I've dined here for lunch and dinner. Service is always consistent and attentive. The place is clean, and the food is good and flavorful. My only complaint is to check your silverware. The last 2 times I've been there, I've had to point out the silverware wasn't clean. I also heard another customer complain of the same.

Got the chop steak 2nd time since was soooo good 1st time. Cooked perfectly again. Best sweet potato I've ever eaten. Large quantities and great price. Will be ordering from here a lot! Revising 8/23/24 Bad experience with take out. Ground steak way over cooked and food missing. Wont be coming back for awhile.

Amanda was an excellent waitress. The chop steak is a good low cost choice as it is a good cut cooked in butter. The Sweet potato came with butter and brown sugar/cinnamon. The loaf of bread was good but had too much sugar and was a bit too soft.
All in all, too much sugar and butter but oh so good.
Love Love Love their ribs! Customer service was great! No complaints ?

My husband and I dined here on 8/13/24 around 8 pm. I usually don’t write reviews but the service I received was unacceptable. Let me start by saying I’m a server myself and I’ve never treated a table this way. Our server came to the table mumbling. I could barely understand her. She never introduced herself. She just asked us were we ready to order. The food and drinks were amazing. It would’ve been nice if she asked how our meal was. She never checked on us. Not one time. We had to ask the manger for boxes. After going without power for almost a week, this was my first outing with my husband. It would’ve been nice if we weren’t treated like an afterthought. My husband still tipped her adequately. I know what it’s like to be tired from waiting tables. However, this is no way to treat guests. I don’t know the servers name. But her section was across from the young lady who was pregnant.
