There's only 2 people working at this Burger King. They're both running around like chickens with their heads cut off , and seem to be extremely stressed out. I can't really blame them though there's nobody else working. Despite the situation being so stressful, they were both very polite and got my order made in a timely fashion. The fries here really suck though. for that reason I only give this Burger King 3 stars.

Service was vary slow, and it wasn't that busy. We ordered two chicken fries meals and by the time we finally got them they were cold. Would have taken them back, but they were busy by the time I started eating them. Not happy.

We went on Saturday to the Burger King in Lakewood. We ordered 50 pieces of chicken nuggets. When I tasted one it was very sour. The young woman noticed my disappointment and called the manager. He was so concerned about it and offered to fry other batch for us. Tha was so nice . We really enjoyed the fresh flavor. I will go back any time to this particular BK. Thankyou again.

Wasn't given a refund the next day because we didn't call that night to complain. Not a good day and for our meal only two of the six burgers were prepared as ordered. I verified the correct order on the receipt and the number of items given to me but didn't open every burger to check for items that are allergy triggers or not desired. Had I called to complain I might have used profanity. Instead we got pizza. Well two thirds of us did.

It is starting to appear rundown and not very appealing. The employees were friendly and service was fast. No electrical outlets for plugging in your laptop or phones.

they act like the sauce comes out of their paycheck.. surprised the sauce was even there it's literally 1/3 of the way filled .

It smelled, there were dead bugs on the window sills all the tables were dirty and the drink station wasn't well supplied. I was there around 1:30pm during an arts festival. That would be the time to impress people. This is the trendy part of town to begin with and I expected better. It wasn't as busy as I thought it should be for the time of day and the event that was taking place. Do better BK, your location demands it. Your clientele relys on it. Service was fine by the way, yep, just, fine.
My experience 9 times out of 10 the food is correct fresh and hot.occasionally new staff gives that 1% of mess ups but rightfully so they're usually learning. Overall I have had a good experience with the current staff upon my last couple visits

The absolute worst Burger King I've ever been to, no one can comp a coupon, they don't ask if you want fries or anything. They think she you order a sandwiche with a coupon that's all you want is a sandwiche. The manager was just as attenitive as the crew.

BK is hit or miss, you ask them to omit an item they put it on your sandwich anyway, you ask for it for here they put it in a bag, attention to DETAILS People!
