Awesome! On par with other dessert specialty places such as Mitchell's and Sweet Moses. The gelato is all great and each flavor rings true to it's name. They also have a food truck!
Sweet baby Jesus. If this ain't the sweetest little ice cream shop this side of the grand Rocky River. Walking in the door is like a step into an ice cream shop of the 50's. Checkered floors, red colors throughout and a "hole in the wall" vibe. Definitely a good fit for the hipster Lakewood crew. Sweet Spot is family owned and operated. What isn't there to love about this shop? It's family run from top to bottom. I talked to the owner the last time I was there, she's so kind! Her daughter apparently makes all of the flavors as well!? What a busy life. The vegan one I've tried are incredibly delish, and it's one of my favorite places to stop at when I'm up in Lakewood. (p.s. the vegan pb flavor is to die for!!!)
