Gave it a second chance tonight. Won't give it a third. If I could give 0 stars I would. With only 5 other people in the restaurant it still took about 45 minutes from ordering to food. Even that was slow 1 plate at a time with 3-5 minutes in between. I had a burger & fries and a friend had the hummus plate. Nothing required brain surgery.

Nearly a week ago I went to the Waterbury Bistro with some friends. After about ten minutes sitting at the bar, we ordered drinks and food. While the service was painfully slow, the cocktails were good. The food however, took forever! When the food finally did arrive, all were served but me. The "server" said he would check on my dinner and didn't come back. When I got his attention I told him to just cancel my order. My check came and as I signed my receipt I left a note about my dissatisfaction and no tip. Instead of trying to better themselves for next time or a simple apology ....I was BANNED from the restaurant and told never to return. Not sure how a business will survive if you openly hate your patrons.In response to the owners response: I've only been to your restaurant twice. The first time I had a great salad and a wonderful time watching trivia. Not sure how I was rude then as I only spoke to the server and complimented her on how good my food was. As for last week, I did not speak unkindly nor did I share out loud my dissatisfaction. If being rude is not leaving a tip for poor service then I am guilty. I'm sorry that you are having trouble with hiring staff. How wonderful it would have been to voice that in a brief apology rather than ban someone from returning. I wish you luck and will not inconvenience your staff by my patronage ever again.

A little expensive but worth it. Ambience is great. Great drag show. Love. A mistake was made with my bill and the owner was gotten quickly to handle it.

The kielbasa and perogies with grilled apples is amazing. All the cocktails I've had are perfectly crafted (the Elvis!) and they make a lot of their own house syrups/ compotes to make them extra unique. Smaller but beautiful place with amazing staff.

There are so many problems, im not entirely sure to begin. As to how this restaurant got 158 individuals to give this restaurant a rating of 4.5 stars is beyond me. Half of the items were not available, took us 55 minutes to get what our waiter claimed as “the best thing on the menu” to get a subpar roman burger. Had there been other clients here, i would make the argument that they were busy and try my best to swallow this filth. Nonetheless, this was really really bad with no one here besides ourselves. Do yourself a favor and take your appetite elsewhere.

Fish fry is NOT the best in Cleveland. Also a note for the guy that was taking orders on the phone.....DON'T repeat the customers credit card numbers out loud .....

The food is always delicious. The staff is very friendly and is always in such a good mood. The atmosphere is great, they always decorate nicely for the holidays and create great specials to go along with it. They do a great job trying to control the crowd and social distancing everyone. Highly recommend for any meal.
