We had the pleasure of working with Village Pantry Catering for our wedding, and they were nothing short of phenomenal! From the very first conversation, Jill Heltman—the owner and our main point of contact—was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

The food was absolutely delicious! We went with a buffet-style setup, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Our guests are still raving about how good everything was! The bartending service was equally impressive—professional, friendly, and efficient. The drinks were flowing, and the energy was fantastic all night long.

What truly stood out was the amazing staff. Every team member was kind, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making our day perfect. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without a single worry.

We contracted The Village Pantry to cater our wedding recently and they did a great job. We were going for somewhat of a rustic vibe and did a charcuterie board, stuffed potatoes, and a cheese-toast for cocktail hour then hamburger sliders with chips, pulled pork BBQ with a sweet potato souffle, and a garden salad with chicken and various toppings for the dinner. All followed by cheesecake for dessert. Every guest I had the chance to speak to said it was the best meal they've ever had at a wedding.

They offer tasting events to give you a chance to see what they can do and offer a ton of options to suit your needs. Just make sure you book them early as they are in demand.

We used Village Catering for a work holiday party and they were fantastic! The food was great and prices were very reasonable!

Village Pantry catered our bridal shower for our Celiac daughter in law. They were great to work with, very helpful with ideas for gluten free foods. They assured us there would be no cross-contamination and made a beautiful display when they delivered the food. Everything was too-notch and people raved about many of the items, like the chicken salad and the cheeses. Definitely recommend!

We used Village Pantry for our wedding this past weekend and are so happy with our choice. The food was amazing, and the staff so friendly and helpful. There was great communication with Jill leading up to the event. The staff carefully packed up the leftover food (and cake) for us to take home after the event.

Village Pantry catered our daughter's wedding on 9/21. What a wonderful staff and terrific food! A great variety of appetizers for the cocktail hour and plenty to feed everyone. Nice selection for dinner and everything was tasty and well prepared. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Kathryn was our own

Village Pantry catered our wedding at St Thomas Episcopal, and we couldn't have been more happy. We received many compliments on the quality of the food, and were very pleased with the level and professionalism of the service. In particular, Nancy knocked it completely out of the park. She took so much stress off of us during a very hectic day.

Our biggest thing with my daughter’s wedding was making sure the food tasted delicious. Village Pantry catering did a fabulous job catering my daughter’s wedding. We did a tasting prior to picking the selections. There was nothing that did not taste good. We chose potstickers, chicken quesadillas, little red potatoes, and chicken strips for just the hors d’oeuvres. For dinner, we chose four different buffet stations that were an absolutely hit. Everyone is still talking about how delicious the food was.

I highly recommend The Village Pantry as a wedding caterer. The food was great and the service was excellent! We had buffet style but I still felt all the servers took care of us and all of our guests with whatever we needed. Definitely check them out if you are still in need of a caterer!
