I've been door dashing Mansfield for a month heavily and this is the spot I'm hoping for every time. They're always seems to be a solid vibe in there, and whoever is in charge has everybody on the same page so well that I'm still not sure who's in charge. I do know I'll walk out of there with exactly what i came for, on time every time. Every crew member manning this location, thank you for the killer service. Every last person deserves a bump in pay, and a good one.

The only way to order when I went was the kiosk. The system is slow, it continuously tries to upsell and add extra crap to the order, it tries to get your name, it tries to get your email. I hate the damn kiosk with a passion that makes me want to never go back to a taco bell. I like your food, I hate what you have become.

I am a door Dasher and at times I will order my dinner or whatever online and pick it up on my way to get deliveries. Nothing stating I can't do that. Well I decided to do just that I ordered from this location and on my way to grab this order I also get a delivery from that store. I go inside grab my door dash order and I had asked for a side of sour cream for my customer and was told I would have to pay for it and the boy walked away. So when I got his attention again I told him I would pay for the sour cream out of my own pocket again he snobbed me and said order it from the kiosk. Me dumbfounded on why I couldn't just get them to ring it up at the Register in front of him I try my shit at that stupid kiosk and was having issues. The manager asked if I was okay and I said no I didn't understand why I had to use this kiosk for sour cream. I get the order for a side of sour cream in paid for and walk back up to the counter still waiting for my online order and now a small drop of sour cream I just paid .80 for 🙄 so noq i am standing thwre for 15 more minsnbefore i get asked if you needed something else and I again stayed I was waiting for my online order at that point this short man with a manager title comes up to me and said you are door dashing and I said yes but I'm waiting for my paid for online order. He proceeded to tell me it was against the policy to have a door dash order and an online order and he would not be serving me. I of course challenged him beings ive been a Dasher for ten years and its NOT against any policy as I checked to be sure. He still refused to serve me and took my paid for online order that was bagged now ready for me to take and threw it in the trash and told me to leave. I said I wanted a refund and he told me to do it online which is impossible bc this little taking his job to his head man hold said I picked up my order!!! I am taking this to their corporate office after I speak to the store manager tomorrow. This is unacceptable and trashy for any place . Do better Taco Bell your stores fail because of the trash employees you put in them!!

My husband placed an order for pick up. 3 quessadillas. One cheese with no sauce, a chicken one and a steak one with light sauce. My daugjters cheese one had sauce in it. If she had been allergic to it yall would've had a lawsuit. On the receipt on the bag it even says no sauce for the cheese. My husbands steak was supposed to be light sauce and his was smothered in it. Yall should be beyond ashamed of yourself and learn how to actually read the pick list slips and make them correctly. Also, her cheese one had chicken in it. We ended up with two chicken and 1 steak. Not a cheese one.

Seemed well run and service was good. The AI at the drive through was kind of awkward to deal with. Overall good for your average taco bell drive through.

Spent 40 dollars and the service was so robotic it was creepy weather you went in or through the drive thru just creepy my nacho fries was ice cold and not even half an order the rest of my order was wrong as well

This establishment has noticeably declined in quality. The food preparation is no longer consistent with previous standards. Cleanliness has also become a concern. Furthermore, customer service has deteriorated significantly. I am disappointed with the current state of this business.

For the people who do drive through. Please keep in mind that just because the window is closed DOESN'T MEAN I CAN'T HEAR YOU WHEN YOU ARE YELLING AND SWEARING ACROSS THE STORE ABOUT MY ORDER. I made a mistake you told me it was okay this one time. I understood. I understand being upset and frustrated but please do so at a sound level that leaves you with some dignity
