Best Taco Bell ever! Everyone is so nice and they get the food out in a timely manner. They keep things clean and got all my food right! Definitely coming back! When I needed help with the kiosk someone was nice enough to go out there and help!

Not having customers best interests in mind. Took a phone call while on the back line and continued to make food as normal. After she hung up the phone call proceeded to make orders without washing her hands or changing her gloves. Do not eat here. Cross contamination can kill people. When I brought it up to her after receiving my food. She gaslighted me and said it never happened and that she had washed her hands which is a bold face lie. As I saw the whole time happen.

Ashland Road Taco Bell is great! Food is good. Hot, fresh, tasty. And I received my food in a timely manner. But the best part is the staff. They make it happen! They (usually all but the ones tonight especially) are friendly and polite. GREAT JOB!

They need to close this restaurant they get food wrong they don't have any clue how to organize their orders I got someone else's order and got food poisoning and the staff is a bunch of teenagers that are very rude will never visit again !!!!!

We dined in with 7 people and were given no choice but to use the kiosk to place our order. Why has everything turned into do it yourself? It's not that I wasn't able to figure it out but can we still have some decency for the elderly that don't know how and don't want to know how? Not even given the option the order had to placed on the kiosk We aren't being payed to take our own order.

Wish they would READ the orders. If a customer omits an item that's how it should be made. Tired of paying for items that are made incorrectly from what it says on their screen.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly when items are made incorrectly per what the customer asks for.

Food is always good but the service is NOT. I have been there many times and they have messed up my orders or had forgotten to include some items. I even went on 6 month spell of not even dining there because of the poor service.

The food wasn't the issue the service was , I came through the drive thru ordered food paid for it went across the street to the gas station and realized, they didn't give me my drink. I turned around went back through the drive thru a black male on the drive thru speaker greeted me he was very dry and rude when I told him "I didn't get my drink" he said "we're closed" I paused for a second I was flabbergasted I had just went through the line and all I asked for was a drink takes a couple secs to make a drink I told him "I just ordered and paid for food" the employee told me "we were already closed when you ordered" ....I asked "if you were closed why did u take my money or order at all" I get to the window and the mngr agrees to make my drink ...some blue haired girl comes up to the window yelling at me to leave ...as if she wanted to fight about a drink lord knows I wanted to drag her through the window if necessary....the mngr comes back with my drink but at the point I didn't even want to eat the food and didn't trust the drink with the kind of argumentative people they have working there it's no telling what they might do to your food or drink so I took it home and waited until the next day to bring it back and asked for a refund for my power bowl (chicken) the nice mngr on the day shift remade the order for me due to the fact they don't give refunds is what she told me. I get that in food service/customer service some people are extremely rude but I'm never one of those people just be careful who you offend, you never know when or where you'll see them again.

Ok first off my husband went to this taco bell on Ashland Rd and spent 74.56 for dinner for our family of 5. We got a party box of crunchy taco Supremes that had barely any meat and was mostly sour cream which costs 23.99 and got 2 steak chalupas Supremes and 1 of them barely seemed cooked and I opened both of them up cause they were totally flat and 1 had literally 5 small pieces of steak and the other had 4 and barely any other toppings which costed 11.18 and 8 chicken chipotle ranch burritos which had hardly any chicken in them and 4 of them didn't have tomatoes and smashed like they were quesadillas and 8 beefy cheesy burritos that were also smashed like quesadillas to the point that all the fillings were leaked out on the paper inside cause they thought it was a good idea to put 16 burritos in 1 small bag and it ripped as soon as my husband got home cause it was over filled, we also got cheese beans n rice burrito for our dog like we always do and I cut it up like I always do and he wouldn't eat it, so I picked his plate up and smelt it and it smelled sour. There seemed to be only teenagers working in there, which is fine but if your going to schedule all teenagers on a shift then maybe you should at least have a adult manager on shift to make sure they're doing their jobs properly and not standing around talking badly about previous customers. And to top it off nobody answered the phone when I called 6 times and we live across town. It's ridiculous spending your hard earned $$$ for nothing. NOT HAPPY AT ALL DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION
