The food was amazing ! The service was poor due to employees more concerned about gossiping than taking care of customers, and the store.... food on the tables, the shift lead doesn't have a back bone to make her employees clean the lobby. This was about 3 weeks agoFood: 5/5
Completely messed the whole order up. Ordered a deluxe cravings box it was made wrong...ita supposed to be a nacho fry two chalupas and a 5 layer burrito. Not a taco a 5 layer and frys. We had to go back three times just to get the items and wasted more gas going back and fourth because it appears the staff does not have a clue how to read a screen. Looks like I'll avoid this restaurant.
I know it's hard for places to find good employees. But why is it that this place always either has the worst people working the window, or the worst people making the food. I'm guessing that's why ashland rd taco bell is the worst in richland countyFood: 1/5

This place is a JOKE! They're always screwing up orders and just STOLE money from my elderly mother! Not to mention all the employees are always getting high while working.
This taco bell can actually get your order correct.. The crew is mainly polite, and the service is usually pretty quick. Avoid park avenue taco bell. They can't read..
If you have a modified order, they will charge you for the modifications but not give you what you asked for. The worst Taco Bell in mansfield but I occasionally go bc it’s closest to my house. I regret it everytime. If you order extra on anything they will charge you for it and make sure you get none of it. If you ask for no meat, they will make sure there’s meat. Terrible staff.
Will you guys just close up shop already. Who tf makes a Gordita crunch with no fillings? Literally haven’t gotten a correct order in 4 years.
The food is always good but this location has wayyyy too many careless employees that goof around way to much to where it’s disrespectful! Us customers do not appreciate getting treated like that
Went through the drive-thru they took my order and I got it in less than 10 minutes that's pretty good for Taco Bell
Not real impressed with the order. I got a burrito Supreme and ended up with Taco filling instead of burrito filling. Not happy. Asked for sauce and got none.
Was just there. Inside is closed for no reason. Been no Mexican pizza for a week and I only got half and crumbly nacho and cheese order. I love taco bell but if you can't do better than this you mon as well close down. Staff was very friendly tho it's just the service needs amped up
You brought back the Mexican pizza just to be sold out, and have a huge sign advertising the summer sunset freeze and we're out of that too, I can't be the only one upset, and by the attitude given by the cashier I'm sure she'd been getting yelled at all day because of it, but dang taco bell... do better! It had been a very long time since we've even been there and it will most definitely be a long time before we return.
I ordered on the app and choose to pick up in store. I arrive a few minutes before the app said my food was ready. When the app said my food was ready, I walked up to the door and found the door locked. I was forced to wait 15 minutes in the drive through. The gentleman who initially spoke to me was very kind but he began having trouble finding our app order. He was soon interrupted by a rude female employee who spoke very disrespectfully to me and claimed our order wasn't there and sternly told us to pull forward to the second window. Our order was indeed there thankfully however the customer service from the female was uncalled for towards us as paying customers.
