I purchased a gift card from Kroger and went to use it and the pin number was not accurate. home depot said to contact Kroger where I bought it, they could see that the funds were on the card but the pin number was not working. I went to Kroger in Marysville and was told by the young man working that there was nothing they could do, he said they do not reimburse gift cards. he was quite rude about it and absolutely incorrect. I contacted customer service and the person I spoke with was very prompt and professional and the help I needed was addressed. I was very upset by the gentleman at the Marysville Ohio Kroger, just letting you know. 100 dollars may mean nothing to him, but it means a lot to me. i work hard for my money. They open at 6am, but service desk doesn't open until 8am. Was there last Sunday, at 0755 I asked if there was anyone who could do an adjustment, (I was busy bagging my own food to keep the one open register moving, not realizing until I got to my car that I spent over $80.00 and had a coupon for $8 off my order). The gentleman who was standing at the machine marked "Not an atm" said he'd help me after 8am, meanwhile, my raw chicken was getting warm in my car. I think it is wrong to not have the service desk open during all hours of business. I also don't like the stockers blocking aisles as well as the huge personal shopping carts blocking aisles. Can't you stock before the store opens for business. Also, your produce dept isn't as well stocked as it used to be on Sunday morning. Two rotten cantaloupe on display, no personal watermelons to be found, yet they were on sale.

We got some miniature cupcakes "to celebrate Spring" (my 6 year old daughter's request). We love them! This is simply the latest item we've picked up from the Kroger bakery, and we've never been disappointed. They have bread, bagels, donuts, cakes, cupcakes, pies, and more! It's all delicious, and they do custom work too.

They can’t spell but the liquor department is killer.

Standing in line checking out and the not so lovely cashier Zachary had an attitude because we can through his line 20minutes before he was supposed to get off. He smashed our raspberries and our bread, and threw what groceries were left on the belt into our cart. This used to be my favorite Kroger but now I think we will just take our business elsewhere since no one has any decency or good work ethic anymore. But hey, a paycheck is a paycheck right? Even if it means ruining others groceries?

Here's my problem...the Krogery pharmacy didnt run my prescription through my insurance on file like they shouldve. So I was forced to pay $109.00 in cash on January 5, 2021 out of my own pocket, which by the way was my electric bill money. anyway...

Opted to drive further for a click list to protect ourselves and others from COVID.

Bought a cake for my son’s birthday. Asked the baker to write “happy 4th birthday James” on the cake. This is what I got. My 4 year old could have done a better job.

The store is nice and big for a Kroger but it is always super busy which makes it hard to shop. They don't have the best prices unless maybe if it's on sale. It's a nice place to go for lunch sometimes. They have a little food court and the subs there are good but they make them painfully slow. They do have Snyder's barbecue chips which can be hard to find elsewhere. I wouldn't pay more to shop somewhere just because the building looks fancy but that's just me.

Love shopping here! But not cool charging a cashback fee when I needed cashback

Kroger has wonderful employees, and the prices were amazingly low, I would shop there all the time since it was close. But among the moving the store around situation, it has not become unknown to me that a lot of the prices are raising and certain items are in smaller amounts for a higher price. Not sure if I will still buy most of my groceries from there as much, but I still would recommend.
