My only concern is that I got sick after eating my chicken bowl. I haven’t gone back since then. Hopefully the necessary steps can take place to avoid this.

I used to love bibibop, but their service has been slacking lately. I ordered online, arrived at the estimated time, and didn't receive my food for 30 minutes. They forgot my sauce, the line went through 2 full rotations, and continuous asking of where my order was should never have happened.
