Overall a decent place to get ice cream. It is 4 stars because usually Dairy Queen competes in taste. But I am closer, so it is very available. Sad that it isn't open until around lunch. Me and my friend usually get the vanilla cloud Ice cream, single scoop.

We rolled in with 6 Mustang convertible after a day of cruising over 300 miles as a group. We passed up several other places on our way to the Medina Square location. We knew we had made the right choice with the first spoon full. Creamy awesomeness with each bit. Decor is fun and inviting. A+

The ice cream is very good. Great location. My only issue is I asked whether the waffle cones were vegan / dairy free and was told this was the case on my first visit. I was really happy as there are some good vegan / dairy free ice cream choices. However, on my second visit I was told the waffle cones in fact contain dairy. I am breastfeeding my baby who has a milk allergy. While he doesn't have anaphylaxis with milk products, he does experience significant discomfort. This is disappointing as I usually only eat what I make from scratch and was excited to have a treat. If the business reads this, please consider re-educating staff on ingredients and to not be afraid to say they are unsure of the ingredients as there can be issues if they are wrong.

When visiting Medina square- this is a place everyone needs to stop at. They have some classic and interesting flavors. It’s delicious and a true gem.Tonight I tried a root beer float ice cream. It was delicious. But, they all are. They also have some chocolate, ice cream for dogs, and pre-packaged treats.

A few years ago we ended up at Chill one night looking for another ice cream place, and since then we have been hooked. Even with such a wealth of amazing ice cream in the area, Chill stands out … their flavor variety (which is constantly rotating!) is absolutely incredible, with lots of really creative combinations and tastes. And portions and prices are more than generous. Plus the service is always great! We only wish their hours were a bit longer so we could get our later-evening ice cream fix more often, but that’s a small quibble when the ice cream is this good.

Delicious- some crazy fun flavors. Very creamy quality ice cream. I opted for the chocolate Guinness and chocolate peanut butter. That peanut butter was soooo good. The decor is what holds me back for a 5-star. It's Mix-n-match weird.

Excellent ice cream if you like unique flavors or just plain chocolate or vanilla they have it. They offer something for everyone if you vegan or lactose intolerant they have so excellent flavors. Some of names have to do with local items or places or even movies or TV which makes for a good laugh.Also if your unsure about a flavor, they will give you samples and they won't get upset if you ask for several different ones sometimes it's hard to decide I really recommend this place if you're in Medina that your place for ice cream for sure.

Great selection of ice cream made by the shop. I had the Experimental marshmallow, caramel and pecan - soooooo good and generous serving! Patrick waited on us great service - he was so nice. Decor is really fun and up to date.

Delicious ice-cream that they make in house. Generous portions. I commented on this when the person helping us filled up our cones. Many places would consider his single scoop closer to a double. Patrick took care of us. Turns out he was the owner. Great value for the money. Highly recommend. I got the milk chocolate cookies and cream. Delicious!!!
