Celebrated hubby's 50th Birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect. Our order actually got put on hold by mistake so we were waiting a bit longer than normal for our entrees, but it was just more time we got to spend celebrating our special guy. Our waitress went above and beyond in her service and our food came out cooked to perfection.
Our server was Ben and he really goes above and beyond for his tables! As a restaurant manager myself I was extremely impressed by the service experience he gave. Any time our drinks were halfway, we had a new one on standby. The food was also great and came out fast! Very tentative, and would 100% recommend requesting him!
This was the second time in 2 weeks that my steak was not cooked right. This time my medium rare was very over cooked and tough. Last time my medium rare steak was raw in the middle and still cool to the touch. I sent it back and it was well done and I couldn’t chew it. Both steaks ended up in the trash. I eat at Longhorns a couple of times a month and it is usually good.
