The franchises in the Ohio Lake County area are disorganized and VERY poorly managed. The store manager has no authority over the workers therein. They have no recourse if employees just don’t show up, which is a frequent occurrence. These stores rarely fulfill online/phone orders at the time committed, being 10 to 45 minutes late. This evening was not bad.. pick-up time was to be 5:00 pm, arrived a few minutes early, I requested inside pick-up. I was greeted and asked if I had a 5 pm pick, I said yes…. At ~ 5:15 I was asked if I had a pick-up order (again), said yes a few minutes later was provided ALTHOUGH sour crème was not in bag, was told they were out of it, yet were serving it to customers in the line for store consumption. Was told was not for take-out. They are clearly NOT in the customer business.

If i can give zero starts to some business i would do that to this location and one on mentor ave.Unbelievable First you serve food your store should never be messy. Not under any circumstances.Second- rude stuff absolutely without any desire to accommodate costumer Horrible two locations will not try Willoughby either due to similar stories i heard about it

Pulled in and found myself waiting nearly 40 minutes for a goddamned burrito I ordered online. What's the point of having a reservation pickup if it doesn't work? If you're so short staffed, wtf don't you stop taking online orders, and just do walk-ins ffs? Do yourself a favour and get takeout from one of the other local Mexican places.

Although picking your order up inside is an option on the app, it is not in real life. Instead, you must wait in the drive-thru line that wraps around the entire building for over 20 minutes. Multiple entrances allow people to come in from various locations, cutting into the line and causing more back up. Honestly, with the pandemic having been going strong for a year, I’m shocked that this location isn’t operating mobile orders more efficiently.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.I ordered on mobile for a pickup at 1PM, arrived to the ‘Chipotlane’ at 1, there was a long line nearly back onto the street, it took 30 minutes to get through the line. When I got to the head of the line I was told that they would now start working on my order, I told them in as not frustrated tone as I could manage that I thought it was supposed to be ready at 1. “I know” was the only response I got. Before the window was promptly shut.We got the order a couple of minutes later, when we got it home, one order was wrong and the burrito was about half the size it should have been. With this many issues it’s clearly a management problem.

Do not go here. Waited 30 minutes for an online pickup order. The store was packed. My order was supposed to be for 615. By 630 they said they’re not done with the 545 orders. I proceeded to ask for a refund which they were unable to provide. If you are going to have an hour wait for food, we should be warned. Thanks for providing a nurse who works for 13 hours without a meal prior to their shift.

Make sure to give yourself 30-45mins after the designated time to pick up an online order.

The last 3 times we visited this restaurant we had incorrect orders or When you order extra of something they cannot read the order and you're lucky if you get a tablespoon of anything.

Is it online only today? Is the lobby open for online pickup today? Is cash accepted today? Is the credit card machine working today? Do they have change? Is it even open? God only knows what it will be today. This restaurant is a disaster. The food line won't help the online orders, and the online orders won't help the food line. I literally waited 45 minutes in the store because online orders were so behind, while the people on the boards had no customers and did nothing. Chipotle hasn't been answering any customer complains or questions about online ordering. This store isn't "digital only" 2-3 days a week because of the pandemic. They're doing it because they're understaffed and can't keep the building open. The only reason a business gets away with all of this is because its Chipotle.

Ordered tonight. The line was wrapped around the entire building. In the time I waited, which was roughly 20min, they didn't even serve one car. The same car was waiting, as the line surrounding the building was growing to probably 30-40 cars. Inside, the employees all just basically stood there. No one was really moving or doing anything, so not sure exactly what was going on..One employee angrily threw a cardboard box. I guess they're not able to handle this new car line in the slightest. Should have just kept the old one, it was way better. I had to cancel my order and luckily the app was nice enough to refund me. 5/5 service from the app, 0/5 from this location.
I had nothing in my bowl except huge chunks of lettuce and huge pieces of chicken. Definitely not worth 7 dollars, I’m still starving

I have been at the new Chipotle’s on Reynolds Rd and it was only accepting online orders. However, the line was wrapped all the way sound the building. The inside is large enough to handle inside pickup for those who do t want to wait for a long while in line.I enjoy having a burrito on occasion, but the pick up window is not working. Go back to in store pickup during peak hours.

We thought with the new set up it would be better. Thought maybe it was dinner rush issue? Nope- apparently it’s all the time. Online ordering only fine, still horrible. Same horrible service, bad management, terrible if you can even get any customer service. There is a handful of workers there with ONE person making food on ONE station. When there were plenty of people and both stations. It’s 2pm on a Thursday- I know this isn’t how chipotle is supposed to function knowing a manager at a not local branch. We give them the benefit of the doubt between COVID but they went downhill way before then. Then to not have the order COMPLETE when you wait over an hour? Not good.

it was ok,,people were nice but they were out of their new cauliflower rice and maybe it was the corn but man was it cold,,but it was still pretty good

I will not go there any more. There is no reason not to be able to order inside. I will take my business to painesville Chipotle, where I can order inside and the food seems better there as well
