Love the experience great!, the food is awesome!, the atmosphere is relaxing, everyone whom works here is friendly and welcoming!! The owner Sidorela the best. The restaurant is a must to visit!!!
The exceptional, friendly service made up for the food. Grilled chicken sandwhich was the worst. Dry, chewy and tasteless. Fries were ok.

Nice atmosphere. I had to send my omlett back because it was overcooked. The next one was much better and really good.

Overall the food was pretty good. Service was a bit slow, but it was a Sunday morning and they were very busy. Staff was friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Definitely make sure to ask if the chicken is breaded or not if you have gluten or wheat sensitivities. I did not, and it ends up that the Santa Fe breakfast skillet uses breaded chicken.

You can't block the back alley way with vehicles if there was an emergency ambulance and firetrucks need to be able to access that area please be mindful that the back area needs to be accessible
Heard a lot of good things about it. Finally got a chance to go and it was not good . Our waitress was kind courteous and hustled. She warned us that the kitchen was behind. It took over an hour to get our food . Many items like mashed and baked potatoes were not available. The bathrooms were dirty and messy beyond current customer use. There was jelly or ketchup stuck to containers on the table. Not once did a manager or owner greet us or talk to us. There were employees sitting around chatting and someone was in the office. Salad bar was a mess and had many empty containers.

We were seated, gentleman brought us drinks. We were never acknowledged beyond that, waited 25 minutes and gave up. Two waitresses only, one running like crazy, the other had no sense of urgency, and was wandering more than taking care of customers. Two other staff ladies appeared to be acting as hostesses only. I stopped the one waitress who was running like crazy, handed her money for our drinks, and left. This was around 7:30 pm, not full of people.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We waited 10-15 minutes just to be acknowledged, despite the restaurant not even being busy. The soda machine was down, meaning there were no drinkable options and the water tasted disgusting. The server was completely scatterbrained and disorganized, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic things like extra napkins and silverware.
My child ordered a pancake, and we asked for butter—it took 10 minutes to get it. By the time it arrived, the pancake was cold, so I had to ask to microwave the plate just so I can melt the butter. When she brought out the kids meals, she told us 3 minutes for our adult food and it took 10 minutes longer. My wife ordered pierogies and onions and the onions were barely cooked and had the black soot from an uncleaned grill on it. Our dinners included soup and she never brought it. (Not that I wanted it due to everything happening, we just wanted to leave)
I ordered a tuna melt for Lent, and the tuna was ice cold. When I asked the owner if it was supposed to be like that, she said, “Yes. Comes right from refrigerator, only the bread is toasted” which makes no sense being a MELT.
On top of that, other tables that arrived after us got their food before us and left before we even got to pay.
This place is a complete mess—horrible service, terrible food quality, and management that doesn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Sat down at 5:45 and ordered with no issues. Soup was fine and salad bar had the usual. We begin noticing around 6:15 the servers are rushing to each table. We find they are out of mashed and baked potatoes. They began taking meals off of people's tables, then 10 minutes later it returned with a different potato. The table behind us had roast beef and it had the erong veggie and no gravy, they sat for 15 minutes for green beans and a cup of gravy before finally eating. At 6:45 we ask another server to check on our dinners. Only 2 of our 3 dinners came out, both of which were cold to the touch. Having now been there for over an hour and a half we spoke to the manager and left.

$20 for a "light" omelette and mediocre coffee. My friend received her omelette burned and it had to be redone. Seems out of place for the nice location it's in. I won't be back and certainly wouldn't recommend it

Good family atmosphere with good sized portions at “family” prices. Many, many choices. Had a mushroom soup that was very different and delicious. I went for the liver and onions which you can never find and it was made like I remembered. Salad bar had good variety. Roomy and very clean restaurant. Easy parking. The breakfast menu looked good and we want to go back and try out breakfast. Sweet family that looked eager to please.

It just kept getting worse we waited 30 minutes to sit and many open tables more than 45 more until food. No one acknowledged us at the table for 15. Non servers would not even look at us. The food was just ok. One got french toast. I got kings breakfast which is just chicken fried steak layered over hashbrowns and a biscuit. Our server was very friendly but overall service was atrocious. I like the menu but am hesitant to come back because it was so awful. Top it off with no towels in the bathroom which i told them and they already knew. I just don't know
